I came in today for a eye exam had a great experience… I got my glasses the same day staff very friendly I really recommend this place

I can’t be more happier with Dr. Na and her staff. They are very professional and friendly. My second time ever taking my twin daughters to an optometrist for a full eye check up. I’ve got to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Na and her office staff as well as their advanced equipments.
We were a bit early for our appointment but once I checked in, my daughters were quickly seen by the assistant for the preliminary tests, only a matter of seconds for Dr. Na to check in and complete the rest of the check up. I was impressed with the level of professionalism, attention and sincere talk that Dr. Na provided. This is a great place to bring your kids, they are kid friendly and very patient with kids which to me is a BIG plus.
There is no questions to make this my regular office and recommend it to everyone!

Went in this morning when Dr. Sulkyung J. Na, O.D. was opening the doors. She quickly let me in and helped me find a pair of glasses. I had my eyes tested by a different Optometrist, but I wasn’t happy with their inventory of glasses. Eyedeal Optometry in Santa Ana easliy had more than three times the inventory including some of the harder to find brands.
While the selection of glasses was extensive and they carried the brands that I was interested in, I was more impressed by Dr. Na’s level of customer service. Dr. Na was very patient as I tried several glasses. She looked up the pricing for two pairs that I had selected, and got on the phone with my carrier when she discovered there was an issue reviewing my benefits online.
Dr. Na printed out my statement of benefits from my carrier and walked me through my options and overages. Dr. Na also took the time to explain the reasoning behind recommendations she made, and pointed out options that I wouldn’t really need. The bottom line is that I felt I could trust her when she made a recommendation.
Dr. Na also checked to make sure that the prescription that had been established by the other Optometrist would work for me, and that I wouldn’t experience dizziness or headaches.
The office itself is really neat and clean, and has new flooring, and fresh paint. Everything about Dr. Na’s office leaves me with the impression that she is very organized and detail oriented.
Oh and by the way, Dr. Na speaks very good Spanish. A few customers came in while she was showing me glasses and she helped them out while conversing in Spanish. The fact that she would make the effort to learn Spanish shows a level of commitment to her clientele that is hard to find.
