4 Stars for Carl’s Jr. Yes, deal with it.
Almost always land at gate 16 or 17. Guess what my sleepy eyes can spot as I exit the jetway? That’s right, one of Mr. Karcher’s stores (remember, they’re an OC chain, so cut me some slack, dude!)
If you’re looking for breakfast, grab the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and an OJ. Sit down, watch ESPN, chow down. Lean back, clasp your hands behind your head and realize that this is about as good as your morning is going to get. :-)

I ate here on 01÷18÷16, service was quick. Got my food within 5 – 10. Order was correct. Food was okay. 4 ½ hours later, the food is still sitting my stomach. Egh… oh well.

I never expect a whole lot out of fast food. This always helps when I order.
Employees were talking smack about their job and coworkers. Burger was disgustingly put together. No peppy attitude.

Loved that the first time I tried Carl’s Jr.‘s sweet potato fries was at this exact location.
Love that I can grab a yummy breakfast burrito with bite-​sized hash browns while waiting for another Southwest delayed flight.
Only one reason why I’m not giving em 5 stars, the wait for food is sometime a bit too long. I mean, this ain’t Jack in the Box. I’m hoping they can maybe add a few more microwave ovens and deep fryers back there so that when us folks are ordering our food is already sitting in those ovens and fryers, lukewarm, ready to be eaten. :P

Wow. Manager called me and offered a replacement meal… which was very appreciated. That order came out great. Ordered a crispy chicken salad just now… and silly me didn’t check it before I left. It’s missing the onions, cheese and croutons!!! That’s 50% of the salad. So incredibly frustrated that after the ***8 minutes*** it took to make a FAST food salad… they STILL missed ½ the ingredients. My whole lunch break was wasted waiting for my food… walking back to my office… and then BACK to carls to get the rest of my salad ingredients. ***AVOID this place!!*** There is a food court by gate 14 and a McDonald’s by gate 12! :)

Super slow service and they don’t care that they keep you waiting 10 to 15 minutes for each order. Not efficient at all!

5* for having the cheapest soft drinks at the airport and for staying open late for those of us departing after 9pm. 1* for service — lots of people standing around «fixing» things instead of servicing the customer. Everyone should be on cash register duty when there is a line.

Awesome place to get some lunch quick on my break. I always get good service and my orders correct! (I’m a little picky when it comes to my burgers) very friendly staff… Always clean and busy. Great prices for the airport.

Meh… I don’t know why I am writing review for Unilocal,but make sure you bring your own food. Food here at SNA is quite decent, but I think you can get better snacks by stopping by 85C bakery in Irvine!

The service here is pretty efficient. You get a buzzer after you order food so you can go walk around and explore while they make your food and it’ll light up and vibrate when your food is ready so you can head over and pick up your food. It’s also one of those place where you can get a burger at like 7AM if you don’t like breakfast food.
