The nostalgia that comes with visiting any Baskin Robbins is a given but when coming here it reaches another level. The workers here offer the best hospitality to my girlfriend and I! She’s a picky one and they were so sweet and offered her a sample of almost every flavor in the case! ALLWHILESTILLKEEPING A SMILEONTHEIRFACES! That kind of hospitality is hard to find now. Their ice cream is given to be creamy and delicious however the service here is what really makes it an great experience.

I don’t even know where to begin… First: They are out of $ 1’s, so they have a handwritten sign that says exact change or credit cards only. I’ve worked fast food before, when we run out of a specific denomination, we take $ 100 to another location, beg them for $ 1’s, and call it good. Second: They are our of soft serve. Again, designated by a lovely handwritten sign. Third: A worker, at least I think she works there, I can’t tell because I never saw her actually work, was talking to a friend. When she was finished, headed our way, stopped in front of us, grabbed a sample spoon, took a scoop of what I think was Cotton Candy ice cream, ANDATEITINFRONTOFUS! She then proceeded to chat with the rest of the employees. A good 20% of the ice cream flavors seemed written by hand, some were missing. Now the ice cream, was good. I love simple chocolate. It was almost a little too soft, but I like it on the soft side. Easier to eat. However, others may not like it, or it shows the freezers aren’t being maintained at the proper temperature. Overall, a rather appalling experience but mainly based on the service and operation. With other yogurt places available in the mall, and another option for ice cream, I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

TUESDAY is FAMILYNIGHT. $ 1.00 ice cream scoops. It’s a small kiosk in the middle of the mall near the food court. Limited selection but price is great for Tuesday deals.
