Very bad service!!! I really hope a manager or person in charge reads this. I walked in to 4 women watching the soap opera. I asked for assistance and no one wanted to take me. I guess the plot was getting good. I sarcastically told them to toss a coin and they laughed. I wasn’t laughing. I will never be returning to your facility. But I will be talking to my friends about it.

Horrible experience, i brought my wife to have her hair bleached from her tips and the lady botched the whole thing… very unprofessional she kept walking away doing other things, my wife asked if the bleach was on too long but the lady didn’t even pay attention, long story short she DID leave it on too long and burned my wifes hair off, then she had the f@$#n nerve to blame my wife for having unhealthy hair (not true) and said that my wife had ruined her hair before she came here. All my wife wanted was to bleach her tips and she ended up loosing half her hair. If that lady was a man (i wish) i would have beat his ass senseless for this. Im not trying to be a tough guy but this bitch does not know how to run a business. People please listen to me and do yourselves a solid dont go there at all…

I had a couple of hours left to get my hair done for a wedding I had to attend, so I decided to go to Amy for help! She showed me a book on the types of styles I wanted and I chose this style. She got it to look exactly like the one in the book and did it in the perfect amount of time! In the past, I’ve also come here to get my hair cut, colored, and highlighted and I always come out satisfied! Amy does an amazing job for a reasonable price, so I highly recommend her!

I’ve been here once before (before they turned «spa») and they did a wonderful job. I had a gift certificate and decided to try this place again. I’m not sure how the spa is different than regular because they didn’t even use the «hot towels» during my manicure. Also, they are too busy trying to do too many things at once that it ends up being sloppy. My pedicure was decent, but the manicure was just plain sloppy. The lady painting my nails was rushing and didn’t even clean around the edges and some of the nails ending up being lumpy. I honestly didn’t think it was worth it. Maybe this place is better when they aren’t busy? I don’t know but I wasn’t satisfied with the work. It was $ 23 for «spa» manicure and pedicure so I guess you get what you pay for. I rather go elsewhere where it doesn’t feel rushed and they actually care about the quality of work.

I’ve been coming here for years. They always do a good job and very friendly. They’ve recently added new massage chairs so fellas could get your hair did while your girl gets her nails did. Win win
