I have been going into this 7-eleven store since it was built almost 30 years ago. I went into the store this evening with my wife to get a snack. After getting drinks and my wife decided to try some nachos we proceeded to pay. The manger Ricky is f__king asshole to say the least. He greeted us and asked me if I picked my wife off the street, like she was a whore. We both in shock couldn’t believe what Ricky said and stated I wouldn’t say that if I was him and my wife stormed out. I’m calling corporate in the morning to have this guys ass.

Rude employees and terrible service. The only convenience about this place is its proximity to my house.

This is for the 7 – 11 on Grand ave and Fairhaven, Santa Ana, California, USA. Pass. Not the most stocked, convenient or friendly 7 – 11. Do not go by the pictures on the review. Until they change them, those are stock photos from the company from six different stores(at least they took down the exterior photos, including for the one in Saint Louis). To put in simple terms, it’s a just liquor store with fresher chili dogs and 7 – 11 banner stuck on the front. The Good: Hey, even liquor stores carry some usable items(well, no moonshine here, that’s in Rod’s Liquor on the Chapman circle). Last 7 – 11 if you connecting to the 22 West from Grand/Fairhaven. 24 hours The Meh: It’s really just a liquor store like layout, too small, not well stocked, seen better. Staff: pay and move out,… Eeeh, drink some coffee before serving customers. A little toke wouldn’t hurt, but the line would slow down then. The Bad: Parking, or lack off. During the morning rush to get to the 22 is almost useless. Forget it. As 7−11s go, move to a bigger location, or provide a better buying experience that makes it worthwhile to stop here. Pass.

I was stuck in traffic after drinking a root beer float… had to piss like a race horse so I just got off the closest exit after not being able to bear it anymore(I still had to get home to San Diego!). Got off the freeway in hopes of finding a safe haven… thank goodness! There’s a 7 – 11! Jerks wouldn’t let me use their bathroom, even after offered to buy something. I was begging, pleading, dying. I should have just went on the floor. The nice Mexican restaurant next door let me use their restroom even though they were closing up and I hadn’t bought anything. Phew! Could have gotten messy.

This is where i come every morning for my coffee. Chocolate raspberry coffe is the best, you should bring that flavor back 7eleven.

This is sadly just what gives convenience stores a bad name. Ricky who is one of the managers there, is rude and unprofessional. I can imagine this line of work brings in some difficult customers, but Ricky does not handle himself well. I have seen him get into s shouting match with a customer while there were 3 – 4 customers in line waiting to pay. He acts as if he does not appreciate your business, but rather that you are annoying him as you want to buy something. One time he said that I should not use the ExpressPay reader(where you hold up your hard instead of sliding it) because it is less secure. I should not feel bad for wanting to buy something, much less how I buy it. The ONLY reason I still come here is because of the proximity to my apartment.

Ricky, one of the cashiers there, is a complete ass. If you want someone to try and rip you off and blame it on the tax go ahead and let him ring you up. He tried to tell me that there was $ 1.90 tax on my $ 4 purchase…
