This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive-thru and made my order and they told me to park on the other side. They never came out and gave me the food and when I went in there, they haven’t even started making it. I got my money back and moved on

This place is run by a bunch of high school kids. It’s a shame because I love Dairy Queen, but every time I come here it takes twice the amount of time it should normally take, especially if you are going through the drive thru, expect to have them ask you to pull around to the other side of the site where you will wait for then to bring it it to you 7 – 19 minutes later. The staff is pretty slow and inattentive. Food Is usually ok though.

Stopped into get ice cream. While I was waiting for my order, I saw the guy preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves. He was touching all over the fries with his bare hands. So nasty and unsanitary.

Girl at drive through dropped the napkins on the floor. Picked them up and put them back in basket to serve her drive through customers with. I think I’m glade that I ordered at counter. Not sure. Two minutes later the cups at drive through fell in floor. Guess what they put them back.

Craving ice cream, the whole family packed in the car and drove 30 minutes through a severe thunderstorm to get here, only to be met with a hand written sign pasted to the drive thru order box: «OUTOFICECREAM — SORRY» Seriously? How does that even happen? That’s like Babe’s Chicken being out of chicken. Ridiculous. I guess I should’ve taken the advice given in all the other bad reviews on Unilocal

Stop here for a quick dinner before heading to Oklahoma. Small busy little place, food didn’t take long plus it was freshly nice and hot made. Clean location staff was nice.

Even though the staff was arguing over who had to clean up the puck in the men’s room, my steak fingers were good. Not my favourite style French fries but ate em all anyways. The pumpkin pie Blizzard was awesome!

We stopped off for a quick snack on our way to Oklahoma. Small itsy bitsy town of Sanger. Drive through service was like Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure. The guy couldn’t get it right. When we drove to the window he looked to be about 14 yrs old. Doesn’t look like anyone over 17 works at this restaurant. Where are the adults? Probably took the night off. It is the 4th of July. Blizzard was great as usual. My fiancé had a chocolate fudge shake. He’s enjoying it. Teenagers running the show? Oh well at least they got the order right. I’d return.

Since this location is also an Orange Julius, that made it a must stop for my wife. The service at the register was great, but when we hadn’t got an item for a while, we asked about it. A group of three employees that we’re talking at a table were approached by the register employee asking about our order, one of them stood up and said«oh yeah, I forgot» and went into the kitchen to make our order. It has turned us off from this location.

There are no DQ’s around my home and this is a welcomed surprise to see on any road trip. The food is pretty good but not anything to write home about. Also, the ice cream dishes are always tastey but who doesn’t love ice cream? Over all the nostalgia of eating here is better than the food. Last but not least do not let the lines get to you, DQ gets through them pretty quickly.
