Quickfire Sub Station

The FRIES! OMG, the FRIES! I’m almost 100% sure they’re prepackages/​frozen, but, whatever, they are soo crunchy, addictive and super-​terrific. And they come with «Yum Yum Sauce.» Yeah, you read that right. Not sure what the ingredients are in that magical sauce (other than it’s mayo-​based). BUT, it’s super-​terrific, too. So is their gravy. Dip your fries in it. DO it! Come have a heart attack with me.
Usually get fried fish and fries or meatballs with penne when we go here. I know-​weird, right? Always tastes good, though. On our last trip, I had my first actual sub (8 in. sausage with peppers and onions that have been stewing about in marinara sauce topped off with… ummm, provolone, I think-​crusty sub roll, soo yummy!) from this sub place and it was excellent.
They always have a ton of specials, usually including a side and drink. Bummer that their salads have been getting a bit skimpier. I swear, the tomato is sliced so paper thin that it only has one side to it.
Kind female owner. Really, really sweet, accommodating, just all-​around professional staff. Holding the door open for us (on the way in and out), bringing menus/​checks to the table, clearing the table for us, always asking if there is anything more they can do for us… Nice to have a business go above and beyond when you are disabled, you know? No? Well, now you do! ;-)

This place is awesome! It is so much more than a sub place and they cook your food when you order it! Sam and Jason go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

I went back a few weeks ago; this time in the daytime. The staff was wonderful and the food was sinfully awesome. I hardly eat chicken wings, but when I tried theirs, I was pleasantly surprised. Their fries were very good, too (and I normally ONLY eat McDonalds fries when I rarely do).
I will return =)

Had the cheesesteak with provolone and fries. The cheesesteak was seasoned perfectly, and they serve everything piping hot on fresh bread. The fries were awesome, and I normally don’t eat fries. The staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back. I just hope that they stay around because business seemed slow when I was there. Please support them. It’s very hard to find a good cheesesteak in Orlando.

We’ve been to this Quickfire three times now. The food is surprisingly consistent. Always super hot and very fresh. We’ve tried several sandwiches off the menu and they all were excellent. My favorite so far is the Steak Hoagie (hold the mayo) with PepperJack Cheese and their Fire & Ice Pickles. Delicious!
They also have an array of wraps and their fries are really good, too! I believe they have soups and salads, but I don’t go to a sub shop for either one of those so I haven’t tried them. :o)
The prices are a bit high for subs… but you really do get what you pay for.
