I arrived around 9:45 am on a Wednesday morning and was able to find free parking right out front. There was no line but only 3 of the 6 inside tables were vacant. There are several outside tables to choose from. If I had a sweater, I definitely would have sat outside. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito. It has 4 eggs, cheese, bacon & salsa. I only ordered water to drink. I was pleased to taste clean water out of a clean pint glass. I don’t like drinking out of plastic. The atmosphere is very relaxed and on the water. There is a peaceful instrumental music playing in the background… Very soothing. The burrito was delicious! They have Cholula hot sauce available if you like to add a kick. It was a well wrapped item that didn’t fall apart, which I can’t say for every burrito I’ve encountered. When given the opportunity, I will usually wreck myself. This was perfect. There was no burrito juice streaming down my wrist either! It’s the little things… The only thing that needed attention was the Cholula bottle. It was a bit greasy when I picked it up. Other than that, the place is spotless. I’d love to come back and enjoy some of their wonderful looking coffee drinks.

I love small cafes with a casual ambiance, and this definitely fits the bill! The area is somewhat small, so it’s probably more suited for dates and more private hangouts rather than larger gatherings. The interior is nicely decorated and clean, which is always a plus in my books. The sandwiches were fresh, and the vegetables crunchy. I would definitely come back a second time :)

Super cute little café on the water. My boyfriend and I stopped for here for breakfast after reading a Unilocal review. I ordered a turkey and egg croissant with tomato, mayo, and mustard. The croissant was buttery and flaky and there was a generous portion of turkey. I also ordered a pumpkin latte. It was big and beautiful. I like mine a tad sweeter, but it was still delicious. My boyfriend ordered an egg and salsa burrito with a spinach wrap. It came out hot and was very tasty. He also ordered a berry smoothie. Delicious! It tasted like it was made from fresh fruit. Though it was breakfast, we couldn’t pass up ordering dessert. I ordered the limoncello cake. it was light and fluffy and moist! So incredibly delicious. The lemon cream was so yummy. My boyfriend tried the apple pie, also scrumptious. The owner was so kind and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. The view was beautiful! Great experience!

An adorable café with an awesome view! We were looking for a quick bite near the train station and found this place! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much and was pleasantly surprised to find a cute café with tasty food. We sat outside on the patio and were treated with an awesome view of the water. It honestly made my day. I had the Chai Latte and a Lox Sammie. First off, the latte was awesome; it wasn’t too strong or weak, and it had the perfect amount of sweetness. The Lox Sammie was also really good — the lox they used was really fresh-tasting. It was the perfect way to begin the day. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to café to get some work done. It has the perfect atmosphere and the baristas are the sweetest. PRO-TIP: There’s plenty of street parking.

Caffe Di Riverwalk is a perfect café! You have a great water view as you drink delicious coffee and yummy food. My personal favorite is the Potato and Egg Burrito. It always makes my tummy happy. The staff are incredibly friendly. The owners even recognized us on our second visit which was very nice.

Beautiful scenes right on the lake to look at as you eat and drink, nice servers… But I do not find this café – and its coffee – to be as noteworthy as it seems to be by past reviews. I wanted to like it, and found a couple of good things about it, but I was not as impressed as other reviewers were by Caffe Di Riverwalk. Be careful looking for this place – it is not marked well at all, no signs and only the small words«coffee house» on a discreet building to show it is there. My friend and I wanted coffee and sandwiches to go, and decided to try here after reading the reviews. We ended up driving past it and had to go back after confirming we had done so on our GPS. The good: — The servers, particularly our cashier, were pretty friendly and worked efficiently to get our sandwiches. — The turkey was very good and made for a nice basic sandwich. — The Thai iced tea was really yummy, flavored with the right amount of sweetness and a light flavored drink all together. The not so good: — The coffee we tried was not notable. I tried a Mexican mocha, which had little coffee flavor and not a strong chocolate flavor though Mexican mocha should have a little bit more zip to it than regular mocha. My friend said his regular coffee was just okay. We did not want to try anything else after not being jazzed with these. — The other beverages were all right, but again, not notable. The Mexican hot chocolate is different in flavor compared to other hot chocolates, but very, very sweet(almost too much for my big sweet tooth). The Thai iced tea, though notes before as good and worth a try, lost its flavor when mixed and not sipped up right away. — There was not a wide selection for sandwiches. — The servers hovered as my friend and I were trying to figure out what to get.(Maybe it was a slow time and they wanted to do something since the owners were right there?) The owners, though very nice and welcoming, also did not seem to leave us alone as we waited for our items and after we received them and wanted to sit for a minute after our travels. My friend and I were inadvertently chased out by one of the owners, who wanted to keep talking to us and checking to see if we liked our drinks. She insisted we sit outside, as we had been inside waiting for our sandwiches to be made to go; we nodded and just left without being able to sit comfortably for a little. Maybe it was just an off time(late Saturday morning), maybe other people like something different than me and my friend, or maybe it is more for breakfast, but I do not think I would make an effort to go back. Good, not so good, and not noteworthy – these were the impressions I left with for Caffe Di Riverwalk. Sure, it has a spectacular view of the lake and boats all around, and the shop brews it own coffee, but how long does that go when you do not have choices for food and the coffee does not bring a little zip to your step?

I stopped in here between work meetings a couple weeks ago. The location is beautiful and right on the water. I had a chai tea which I would have preferred creamier and a biscotti. I loved the biscotti, but I think they changed me the wrong price for it. The have WiFi which is helpful if you want to work. It was a great time when I was there because I spoke to a lot of locals. The only issue being that you order at the counter. In this situation, the family in front of me took a very long time to order so I was left standing in line waiting.

Sanford is one of the many hidden gems of Central Florida, with it’s many events as well as local get togethers– it’s an up and coming star for the Orlando area. Bry and I love to go sailing and Lake Monroe is our go to destination for the 5’oclock somewhere boat races. I’m on the spectator side and I love to cheer and watch but why not watch with great food? This is where Caffe Di Riverwalk plays in. They have a wide variety of unique and original breakfasts’ and lunches such as the Eggy Bagel which is adorned with egg, cheese, green onion, tomato and lettuce– it reminds me of a southern favorite: fried green tomatoes! As well as my personal lunch time favorite: the Monroe Harbor. Composed of smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato and onion– this is a «shore» crowd pleaser(anyone?). We never leave without Iced Thai or Green Teas, which are perfect for the Florida year long summers. I’d say if you want to have a great time in an artistic and bohemian gem in Sanford with friendly servers and owners, Caffe Di Riverwalk is your place. Thanks Felix!

Lovely place, lovely staff and owners. Delicious coffee, tea and food. Stopped by based on their great reviews after dropping a family member off at the airport. We had the jasmine iced tea, delicious, pastrami and turkey sandwiches on warm rolls, delicious, then I followed mine up with apple pie and a cup of, you guessed it, delicious, coffee. It’s one of those places you just want to transplant closer to your home so that you can go frequently. It’s right on Lake Monroe adjacent to the quaint small town of Sanford. Nice view, nice atmosphere. Easy access from the airport, downtown Sanford, or the zoo.

Quick and friendly service. The espresso shake is about to go down nicely with the potato and egg burrito. The view of the river is really nice too!

Cute little coffee shop across from the lake. Went in on Monday morning since I had the morning off from work. Enjoyed a delicious mug of cappuccino and my husband got a tasty cup of mexican hot chocolate(he’s mexican and he approved). I got the breakfast croissant sandwich– flaky and yummy. My husband ordered the brekky burrito– also very yummy. I’ve never had chili in a breakfast burrito before. I spent some time relaxing and reading. Pleasant morning here. I saw other customers come in. Some must be regulars because the staff knew exactly what the customers wanted. I live in Orlando but will be back when I’m in the area.

Such a charming surprise located near the Sanford airport. Airport? Sanford? Yes! Unexpected. We chose it based on Unilocal since we were on a long layover. Very pleasantly surprised with the quaintness of it especially with the surrounding area. The view of the water was wonderful especially since we were in the shade on their patio. The sandwich was more flavorful than I ever expected. And the espresso was real. Even though the area’s sketchy, I am so glad I trusted The Unilocal Community.

This coffee is amazing(and I don’t even like coffee). It’s the type of coffee that is so delicious you could drink it black even when you don’t normally drink coffee back. I tried the limoncello cake which was delicious as well. It has a great view, free wifi, and the other food smelled delicious. The hours are limited, but check this place out!

This, truly is a gem in this small part of town. Highly highly recommended. I’ve never been to this place in all my years in Sanford. It astounded me how it seemed so well hidden. If I hadn’t been having needs to find coffee places to study, I might have never found this place. Simply said, this is the ideal coffee place you want to be in to get your work done, or have conversations with friends. It’s a wonderfully well-lit coffeehouse located right off of Lake Monroe(with the lake view). Atmosphere feels great. Upbeat, bright, and feels like home. A mix of rustic/modern feel. Music consists of a variety of alternative, at a low volume(nice background noise, not loud or disruptive towards your work or conversations). All conducive to work if you’re here for that. Coffee here comes in many different flavors and styles. So fresh and tasty. Such that I even drink it BLACK, no crème or sugar needed. I’ve had three different types so far, and intend to try them all eventually. So far, they’ve all had rich and strong flavor profiles, but not intensely bitter. Better yet, prices are very reasonable(cheap if you compare this to the likes of Starbucks AND the coffee tastes MUCH better). The couple who own this are great people with cheery personalities and enthusiasm. Friendly folks who are nice and courteous to just about all the customers I’ve seen order there. They are very open to conversations too, a welcoming site from typical coffee joints. Already remembered me after the first time there. Just really nice people and can’t say enough about them. If you are here to grab the coffee and food and work, there’s WiFi and outlets for you to do so. This isn’t usually the place that people will travel through considering it’s not by the park areas on that road. However, well worth the place to visit if you happen to be in the area for some coffee. There’s plenty of parking on the street(for free) during the day/noon. This place has become my favorite coffee place to go to, and I’ve gone to a good number of the local ones in the Orlando area too.

My favorite place to visit on my days off! The friendliest staff and the most delicious, reasonably priced coffee. My fiancé and I discovered this gem a couple months ago when we moved to the area and have visited almost every week. It’s family owned so the café is open short hours but it’s always the peek coffee craving hours. I’ve tried almost every coffee drink in their menu and have yet to find one I have not enjoyed. My favorite part about this place is that it’s ALWAYS the same person who makes my coffee. So it’s ALWAYS a done right and is just the way I like it :) Although I will be moving out the area next year, I will make sure to take a trip every few weeks to get my favorite cappuccino :)
