Desired extensions, not desirable to me at all… I really wanted to like my experience with this business. It’s not that I received horrible customer service, I just feel disappointed. I waited like almost two hours for the business to open after the posted hours. I just assume they operated like a regular business. The lady mentioned they were at a hair show, which is understandable. But if you say you are open at a certain time, it’s very likely someone may want to come and make a purchase at that time. I traveled pretty far, that’s why I waited. Once they arrived, it was kinda weird. Wasn’t really friendly, but not rude. Just blah… like whatever. So to wrap this up, I wanted to purchase some hair. The hair I wanted wasn’t there so she had to order it. Paid with my card and gave her my address for delivery. She said she would email me my tracking number. Fast forward 3 days later. No email with tracking number and no hair. So I called and she politely said she would refund my money because the hair was going to take longer than expected. She should’ve ask me if I would mind waiting a bit longer for the hair, instead of losing that sale. So at this very moment I’m waiting on her to call me with my confirmation of the refund. Lord, please let this lady call today because she’s a little too nonchalant about my money. Just hope I don’t have to call my credit card company. Well that was my undesirable experience. I wish her continued growth and success. All customers are important because all it takes is one dissatisfied customer to write a review. I think the lady is nice but just needs to work on customer service, marketing, and follow up. Nice day
