Michael was extremely helpful with the plans we picked. We also took the Galaxy S7 buy one get one free offer, he went through the payment plans step by step. Am a happy customer!
In another note: It shows online that they are open till 8, but they pretty much close the shop around 7:15 ish. They should correct the timing.

Extremely helpful staff… from the time I called in the morning to the end of my visit; the level of customer service was top-​notch! They had everything I needed, answered all of my questions, as well as follow-​through. I’d highly recommend using this store to anyone.

This place is horrible — stay with a company AT&T store. They are unknowledgeable and will tell you what they think fact, screwing the customer over in the end. I called multiple times, waited in line for an hour, just to find out the products they promised me were not in stock.
