Went here about a year ago for a basic front end alignment. I had just replaced the caliper & half shaft. Needless to say, the mechanic said tie rod end was bent & a ball joint. He said he could fix it for a couple hundred bucks. Shop owner calls me back & magically his estimate was closer to $ 600. When I said I didn’t have $ 600 at the moment, he threw a fit on the phone. Went to get my car back, and he said because I was looking for an alignment, but didn’t have the work done, he was going to charge me a lift fee, which he made up on the spot. Fee was $ 45, when the alignment would have only been $ 55 anyway. I took it to the Ford dealer in Bellevue. They didn’t have a problem aligning it for $ 45. Would never recommend, nor take the small fleet of vehicles at my workplace(10 – 12 cars) there.
