I was extremely displeased with the service I had received at this location. Granted my experience was back around 2004 before Unilocal was anything, but I still never went back here again. I had a normal eye doctor that I would go to, but I was in a financial crunch at the time and saw a coupon in the newspaper for a years worth of contacts for $ 99. There weren’t any asterisks that said that there were any rules to that so I assumed I could go in and get what was offered. I remember distinctly saying I had a $ 99 coupon several times during the trip and told them the contacts that I had been wearing in the past. To make a long story short I have a very mild astigmatism in my right eye and my normal eye doctor had me in just regular contact lenses because it was helping to correct that. I told the eye doctor that and he refused to put me in the same lenses that had been working for me and told me that I would have to pay him $ 400 for a year of contacts. I told him I wasn’t interested in service from any longer and paid for the visit and then scheduled an appointment with my normal doctor and paid around $ 150 instead. Sometimes saving a little bit of money isn’t worth it if you’re going to be scammed by a doctor who clearly doesn’t care about you and your needs. If you want a really amazing eye doctor in Sand Springs, go to Dr. Katey Riggins instead. She is fabulous!
