Ordered something new. Had a couple of people ahead and behind me so I knew there was going to be some kind of wait but holy cow. People that were behind me got their drinks first. I asked about my drink and they didn’t have any idea I ordered it. 6 people working and it took over 20 min to get my drink that they forgot about it. Experience sucked.

I know many here like this location… and I dont write reviews to complain about servce, mistakes, etc… UNLESS…its recurring. In my last 5 visits, I’ve had very long waits… and not due to being very busy… except today… but today illustrated the issue is due to poor management and poor training. Again…this is not a reflection on the product, or about 1 particular mistake… or the employees… they all are rather friendly and seem to be trying their best. When I walked in today, there were 9 people ahead of me… they each had already ordered their beverages. They had 2 employees only… a young man, the shift lead… the other, a very friendly young woman, possibly still novice team member. So she takes my order… no issue… and then takes the orders of the next three people who followed in behind me. I step back to wait… and no about 6 or7 minutes go by when I realize no drinks are being made… The young man is trying to organize and clean blender pitchers and restock some items. He finally begins making orders but keeps getting side tracked. He finally gets the young woman to start helping, but apparently she isn’t trained to do many things yet. She starts making a few orders she is trained for… but as soon as another customer walks in, she stops to take their order. I’ve now been here 10 or 12 minutes before a beverage comes out… for someone who’d been there well before me. The young woman kept taking orders and didn’t bother getting orders out… while the young man stayed buried barely able to process orders. The problem aside from the young lady not being trained, is that she didn’t realize that the time spent taking new drink orders simply added wait time to existing orders and prolonging customer wait times. I mean the new customers were going to be in for a wait too… but why should those of us already waiting have the new orders wait added to our time? These type of issues show a lack of training, which clearly speaks to a lack of leadership or effort by a manager or owner. Which is why I’m bringing this up in hopes of them fixing this problem. Long story short… I got my drink after 23 minutes… but I felt ashamed taking my order… because it came before at least 4 others who had been ahead of me.

Very bad customer service which seems to be from there manger tall guy they welcomed me hello but I had to throw away something and that man assumed I was togeather with the other customer before me long story short he embaressed the guy thinking we where together and walked away emberassed well the jokes kept coming after he called my name he called me julissa which was the girl in the registers name and said oh wait your not julissa you are Diana here you go it was very awkward and he was a total weirdo that kept picking on me I think you should evaluate the employment it was just them talking amongst them self except for the guy that made my drink he was on it the nice Asian boy well other than that I got my juice which is all I wanted anyways I’ll be going back :) rude people don’t bother me but Unilocal should know!

Killian was super sweet. I went in on a Monday it wasn’t really busy. Killian was really helpful when deciding what i should order. It did take kind of long to get my order but the people ahead of head order something that required extra time to make. But overall i like going to this Jamba Juice.

I usually come to this location every morning Monday thru Thursday on my way to work to grab an Acai bowl or smoothie. Today they were out of fresh fruit for their bowls and wanted me to pay full price on a bowl that literally had no fruit but offered me extra granola. The«shift manager» Samantha then came out when I asked to speak to her and said there was nothing she could do and was not willing to apologize for the inconvenience or seem to feel bad at all that they ran out on a Friday afternoon. Worst service I have received and definitely won’t be giving them my daily business anymore. That’s unfortunate.

I went into this location having not been in since my last review and what do you know…1 register is working and 1 rewards pad is working only they are not connected to each other. If this owner doesn’t care about customer satisfaction issues like this, what else is slipping through the cracks.

This location in Sand City was crazy crowded on Saturday from everyone ordering smoothies to beat the heat. I love getting the Apples & Greens smoothie and this time I ventured out and ordered the Kale-ribbean Breeze. it was so refreshing and perfectly filling for a mid-afternoon snack. I always have a great experience visiting this Jamba Juice and I look forward to taking more chances and trying new flavors.

5 stars all the way! This is my regular Jamba Juice stop and the service is always first-rate. Today the Jamba Sand City team did an outstanding job! With temps soaring over 80 degrees and with a steady line out the door, these guys turned out smoothies, juices and energy bowls with amazing dexterity. The young lady taking orders maintained a professional and pleasant demeanor while the juice team steadfastly churned out smoothie after smoothie. Not only were there high temps but today was the last day for the BOGO smoothie/juice deal so customers were coming in armed with their codes and coupons. This is one of my favorite Jamba locations as the staff are friendly, well-trained and passionate. Great work Jamba Sand City!

Friendly and prompt service! Very kind cashier named Haleigh took our orders and thanked us for coming in. Our drinks were made quickly and tasted delicious! Love this Jamba Juice location! Definitely coming back.

I like that Jamba Juice has upgraded their menu to include chia seeds, greek yogurt, kale, and a nice amount of freshly pressed/squeezed juices. It’s still a regular Jamba Juice that never fails to make a great smoothly.

Lately I’ve been going to jambs juice and I’m so unhappy the last two times I went in this girl told me that they’re not allowed to make drinks off the secret menu which I thought was very dumb because i order it all the time in fact one of the girls who use to work there showed me the drink so I didn’t understand why you couldn’t make… I go in today and I have the 2 $ coupon and so I wanted to upsize one a large and one a medium the guy tells me the medium is 3 and the large is 4 $ so I say ok that’s fine my totally comes out to 9.54? I asked about it and he says it only works for one drink? They have a lot of new people there or something because I use to go there every single day and was satisfied idk what’s up with jamba now the smoothies are delicious still.

This place used to be super fast and efficient even when super busy. Now I can’t remember a time it didn’t take 15mins for a single smoothie… Hopefully the staff gets flushed out and this location will be worth returning to. For now, there’s the jamba in Safeway just up the street.

I like this place for a healthy juice or cold snack/light meal. Pricey, yet delicious fruit veggie fusion of flavors. Pretty quick wait for your order. Would really be excellent if they had a drive thru window. Someday!

They messed up on my order, giving me a 12oz drinks instead of 16oz. Instead of making a third 12oz, which equates to nearly the same drink order, they threw away the perfectly good juices and made two new, larger juices. That’s wasteful and hurts to watch when there are so many hungry impoverished people here and throughout the world. Good standards Jamba Juice: throw away perfectly good food for absolutely no valid reason. I won’t be back on principle. It also mildly reeks of greed a bit… you don’t get 2 extra ounces for our mistake, you’ll get exactly what you ordered and we’ll throw away the difference. Awful solution.

Perfect for a nice hot day! Plenty of options to choose from. The mango-go-go is very refreshing. Asked for chunky and the guy got it perfect! Not too watery looking like the other jamba place. I guess it depends who’s making it. The service was great and they are informative about what type of nutrients each smoothie has. Overall very satisfied.

Fast, really friendly, and tasty drinks. :) I know it’s just a Jamba Juice, but I was really impressed with the customer service. I love when it feels like people are really enjoying their job and are happy to serve their customers. Will certainly be back! :)

Rule #1: don’t flirt with my boyfriend while I am standing right next to him. I mean like come on Samantha! Based upon your name tag, you are still emerged in the glorious process of being trained. Let me give you a little hint, DON’T FLIRTWITHOTHERPEOPLE’S MEN! Christ. How hard could that be??? And would it kill you to make the smoothies in the order in which the customer comes in? Nothing peeves off customers more than waiting for your smoothie and watching some other man get his before us even though we came in three minutes earlier. The smoothies were good, not the customer service.

The two young men working in this Jamba Juice greeted me as I walked in. I was having a difficult time choosing a flavor, so one of them said«Take your time.“wWith a great big smile. The other one approached me with a tray full of miniature cups and said«Would you like to enjoy a free sample while you are deciding?» I give them five stars for customer service. The samples were of the Aloha pineapple flavor which immediately convinced me that was exactly what I wanted. I chose one of the free boosts(some cost extra). While one young man was making my smoothie, the other volunteered«Just so you know, all of our classic smoothies come in a light version.» I found that very helpful. Of course my smoothie was fabulous, and I went on my way happy.
