Really friendly staff — on my 2^nd visit, they knew me by sight and welcomed me warmly. The hygenist is really friendly too.
As for Dr. Toffoli, he too was really nice from the start. Honestly, I picked him because he was in my network and close to home but I’m glad I did. You can’t get better than having a doctor who knows what he’s doing with a personality to match. I have to admit though I wasn’t sure up until a couple weeks ago…
My tooth chipped and I thought the same one that Dr. Toffoli had put a composite on. I thought it was shabby work. I called and they set me up the next day to have it fixed (even though it wasn’t an emergency). As it turned out, it was a different tooth. He still fixed it and didn’t even charge me! Thank you Dr. Toffoli.

Fast forward to today… and I will be finding another dentist.
I went in for a restoration on the tooth that had the root canal… and they were not able to serve me in a reasonable time frame… really? I waited for weeks for this appointment, I called your office to verify my appointment this morning, you had the opportunity to save me the inconvenience of driving over.
Dr Toffoli is wonderful… best dentist ever, but I need a fully functional office that respects my time. And they did not respond appropriately (really at all) to my dental emergency on New Years weekend… so I am moving on.

Dr. Toffoli is a wonderful dentist. He is very gentle and thorough. He as a dentist gets 5 stars — but I only gave him 3 because his wife (the receptionist/​self-​proclaimed office manager) ruins the whole experience. She is extremely rude to the other staff which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. If she wasn’t there, the office would deserve 10 stars! I am sad to say that I changed dentists because of her. It’s really too bad because Dr. Toffoli is one of the best!

I have been going to Dr. Toffoli for at least the past 10 years. He is the only dentist I have been to that didn’t creep me out. He’s very personable and does not recommend unecessary work. He always works with great hygienists too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!
