Rick Fatzer, CPA

We’ve been using Rick and his team since April 2015. We had a very frustrating CPA prior to him and he has been nothing but wonderful. His team is very personable and answers all requests in a timely manner. He’s helped us waive huge IRS penalties and has gone up and beyond for our company. I highly recommend using Rick for any CPA/​Booking needs.

Dishonest, unresponsive, incompetent. Said all of the right things in our interview that turned out to be lies.
I’ll list it:
Billed me for a year of accounting that they never performed. Fought me tooth and nail before crediting the money.
The accounting support is completely incompetent. As I fix my bank statements, it is abundantly clear that they were unable to read a bank statement and didn’t know the difference between a credit and a debit. God knows what my new CPA will find as she reviews our expensive corporate returns.
Put us on credit hold without informing us for invoices that were in dispute that Fatzer refused to correct. I requested clarification numerous times with no response from Fatzer. He also withheld our files until we overpaid for services not rendered. He is a just horrible to work with and obsessed with collecting with no emphasis on a job even done, let alone well.
I was going to leave this alone until I bumped into another client who had the same experience. Corporate accounting is too important to trust with a firm who is incompetent and I would hate to see another business get duped like I did. Steer clear.
