I think it’s funny that only RadioShack carries some of these really small batteries that are very common in remotes and stuff and yet no other store really carries them. RadioShack must be making these remotes LOL.

I came here to buy some replacement i-​phone 5s charging cables. I did some research on the web which suggested Radio Shack as a good place to buy them.
I am a huge fan of Apple and love all their products. I’m also a big fan of their stock and believe that they will be dominant for years. My gripe is that their Lightning charging cables are flimsy and will get crimped or damaged internally near the ends after heavy use. Today I had two cables fail on me!
Enter Radio Shack — they sell regular cables but also more robust braided cables which seem much better. They also offer a 3-​year warranty for $ 1.99 which will entitle you to a replacement cable if the one you bought gets damaged. Given my luck it was a great deal!
The store in Crow Canyon is small but well lit and stocked. The sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

My cell phone was on it’s last legs. I stopped by the Radio Shack in San Ramon to get a new one. They had a great deal on iPhone 5S. I got one. They were very helpful, set it all up and transferred my contacts and a couple other things for me. I am very happy with their service. It took about 45 minutes all together.

Not happy w the Shack this morning. Went in to look for a camera battery and the saleswoman wasn’t too happy about the need to investigate this battery. She quickly scanned the battery section and replied there was no battery.
I asked her to pls look and see if any other store might carry it, she replied no other store will carry it.
I asked her to look online and she said you will need the model number, and inquired what camera was it.
I responded I didn’t know. And asked if she could enter the model number of the battery. Her response was there were many batteries with the same model number.
So I took my battery, put back the additional item I intended to purchase and walked out.
If you don’t want to help your customers and find solutions, pls don’t work in retail.
This is the first time I’ve gotten rotten service at this Radio Shack. Too bad, cause I’ll probably never go there again.

I was in the area so I dropped by this Radio Shack after hearing about a fantastic cell phone deal from my friend. Both staff were exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and down-​to-​earth, not sales-​y at all.
When they tried to help me get started with my new phone, their computer system went down for about 15 minutes, but during that time they help us feel at ease and reassured us that they would get it back up and running. My mom was waiting for us and ended up sitting on one of the lower shelves along the wall since she got tired. One of the staff members noticed and rolled a comfy desk chair out for her to sit on while we waited. What a sweety!
Their system finally came to, but then we discovered that we couldn’t make use of the deal going on because of our specific cell phone plan, which was a major bummer, but one of the staff members immediately let us know how to get the same deal through our carrier to match the Radio Shack price. He gave us the ad to bring to our carrier and sent us on our way with a smile! And he was right. I got a KILLER deal through our carrier, and a smokin’ phone, thanks to the folks at this Radio Shack! Highly recommended!!!

This is my favorite Radio shack location & ONLY one I will shop at. Jaqueta is the most helpful sales associate they have. She has helped me on numerous occasions. Her customer service is phenomenal. Even though everyone else at this location is kind, courteous and knowledgeable Jaqueta is the best. Thanks to her help I know what I am buying and her knowledgeable explanations help me to make the correct choice. It is important to treat your customers well & they will be faithful and keep coming back. Thanks guys @ the San Ramon location.

Thanks to sales associate Trevour for making my battery selection so easy! I went in to purchase replacement batteries for my daughter’s cordless house phones and didn’t know specifically what she needed except for a picture of the battery that she texted me. Trevour was able to enlarge the pic and get the serial number off the pic and look it up in their computer and 30 seconds later I had the right batteries and was on my way! He was also great at explaining their policies and products to me.

Evan was really helpful when I had to return a cell phone. I could tell it was going to take a long time to cancel the Sprint contract and he didn’t really want to do it, but he helped me and even confirmed that my old phone was reactivated. He did a good job helping mutiple customers at the same time despite being the only person working.

The staff at this Radio Shack are eager and knowledgeable. I bought some ham radio connectors; the employees were polite and helpful.
I recommend it.

Will always love Radio Shack!

Radio Shack San Ramon is awesome! They are always helpful & have the BEST deal on cellphones around! The employees there work really hard and seem like they also get along great and have fun with one another. I rarely see the store manager but the employees handle every situation greatly. if they don’t have what I am looking for the direct me in the right direction to where I can find the item (s) I am looking for! Also there are two wonderful girls who work there I believe they are new and they are a power team! Hope this was helpful!

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience here. I needed an adaptor to connect my laptop to a monitor. Though the service was very friendly, they weren’t able to help me and I bought the wrong adaptor. The cash registers are SUPER slow and it took forever to checkout. Luckily the return process is easy and painless… other than a waste of time. :(

The associate I belive his name was Wayne really helped me on finding that rare computer cable I needed! I will be back!
