If you’re looking for the BEST QUALITY PAINT and the BEST SERVICE, come to SAN RAMON KELLY MOORE. They serviced me with everything from my interior & exterior paint needs, stain for my redwood deck and fence, and special garage floor paint — ALL LOOK AMAZING!

I experienced the BEST customer service in such a long time. These days, it seems like workers don’t care about the customer – but, a few weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised! Upon entering the store, Vinit offered to help me match a color. While the paint was mixing, he would help others in line – working off and on with me and others. It took a long time to match my color, exactly– as well as multitasking, and helping others. After about 45 minutes, we finally got the color I wanted. Vinit acknowledged how long I had to wait and offered me a discount on my paint! I, truthfully, almost cried when he offered that because it gave me hope that there are still places that care about how the customers are treated. Thanks so much!

Recently had a wonderful experience with Kelly Moore paint in San Ramon CA. I needed a color custom made to match a paint I had purchased at a big box store. My painter refused to work with any paint other than Kelly Moore so my journey began. I went into the store and was greeted by Vineet, the manager. He worked diligently until he was able to perfectly match my sample of paint from the other store. He was very knowledgeable and patient and not happy until I was happy. And let’s not forget the escort to the car which I’ve learned is their policy. Such a refreshing act of kindness and customer service! My new paint store.

First time in this particular location today. Both employees were busy w other customers but I was acknowledged right away. I only had a 5 min wait and was helped by the nicest kid! (I say kid because he was prob all of 18yrs old! I’m 46). I wish I could remember his name. Tall blonde boy. Very helpful. Anyway, got what I needed and he got me done right away. Very sweet! and even carried my paint cans to the car! I have some more painting to do so I will definitely be back.

OMG – the pressure of picking paint! If you have ever had the wrong color on the wall, you can relate to the stress of picking a color that you won’t regret. This Kelly Moore store really goes out of their way to help. I LOVE that they have the most popular colors on the wall – the ones that they carry in stock and are basically mistake/​idiot –proof. Of course that’s what I went with, but I did spend some time fantasizing about steering away from the norm. They answered all my paint questions while I hemmed and hawed over the color samples. I laugh at myself when I think of how overwhelmed I was. Thanks Kelly Moore for not making me feel stupid – I’m totally excited for my final result!

I found this is a great place to buy paints, all the service staff are friendly and knowledgable. I have shopped here in the past 15 years, and I always feel being treated as a valued customer. We needed paint swatches and samples for our house exterior paint job. Good paint selection, nice enough help and service. It’s mostly dudes that work there… with painters in & out. My daughter needed to potty and a male employee came out of the women’s bathroom and said, «Oh! I’ll put the lid down.» The bathrooms are super gross, but I suppose if it’s just for the guys that work there, whatevs!

Richard and Derek at the San Ramon KM Paint Store go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and follow-​through. They greet every customer as they enter the store and definitely go the extra mile by helping my wife carry the paint out to her car. Richard went out of his way to help us on several occasions. This is all on top of a great job they do matching paint samples. When you need paint, I would certainly put them on top of your list.

Great Customer Service! We were scrambling with our move into our new home and had completely forgotten about getting the paint for a full interior paint job. The painters were sitting and waiting. I flew over to KM (worked with the mgr Timothy) explained our situation and they set up the entire project, including custom paint matches, in 30mins. Unbelievable.

Needed a large order of paint last minute from Kelly Moore in San Ramon. Manager Vinit Gopal made it happen, pulled off a miracle with time to spare. Vinit is by far the best store manager at any Kelly Moore Store. His team is very confident as well. Two thumbs up A++++++++

3.5 stars. Decent paint store, helpful employees and great selection of paint samples. The KM stores in the Tri-​Valley area are better than most I’ve been to in other areas (South Bay).

I recently bought a home and the inside was completely repainted (baseboards, doors, walls). After chosing a color and seeing what it looked like the next day, I hated it. It was the wrong color of Tuscan gold. I went into the store and talked to Gordon (the tint specialist) and discussed the house, the color underneath, the tone I was going for and he was immediately able to tell me I needed a gold color with more brown. It was fabulous. Next was the trim. I wanted an antique white but it looked off. He consulted with me and suggested a Navajo White, which was perfect and complimented the gold tones of the house. Not only was Gordon wonderful, every person in the store was a pleasure to work with. I came in almost every day for a few weeks trying different samples and was treated like a very important customer.

I have used this store for ten years. Consistently excellent service. Only one can of paint was ever ‘off’ in an exact color match.
This store appears to be for the contractor or for the more serious painter.

I’ve been coming to this Kelly Moore store for many years. It’s about time I put in a Kudos review for them.
The staff here has always been super friendly and very knowledgeable regarding paint and suggestions. They don’t try to oversell you on stuff, but merely ‘ask’ if you need ‘x’.
My last visit was this past week. Steve helped me out, and was awesome. He made sure that he asked me whether I wanted the Premium (more expensive) paint or the Professional (slightly less expensive) quality of paint. I appreciated his asking, instead of just pulling the most expensive paint and expecting me to say something. Kudos to Steve, and to the entire staff.

We came here to get our paint and was not disappointed!
Service: Great! They have staff there that will help you out and really took the time to help us with a color.
Prices: It is more expensive but it’s because they have higher quality paint that will work well. It’s worth the extra money.
Selection: They have colors they can make and then they have stock colors that are cheaper and are ready mixed. The stock colors are just as good and we used a couple in our house. They aren’t and colors just more popular so they make more.
Location: Great location in San Ramon. It’s right off San Ramon Valley and near all the other industrial businesses. If you’re hungry, a KFC is next door and you can smell it from the parking lot.
Come here for your paint! For supplies we just went to Home Depot to get them cheaper.
