I don’t know about the other stylists at Awe-Dacious, but Kim in particular is great. My daughter has been going to see Kim to get her hair cut for over 7 years. Kim has been great, easy to make appointments with, always friendly and has done a great job for my daughter. The one time we went someplace else, her haircut wasn’t nearly as well done as when Kim did it. I would highly recommend Kim to cut kids’ hair, based on my experience. I’m sure she also does adult hair as well. This is shared studio so make sure you read the reviews for each hair stylist.

Chalk up another 1 star for this place. My wife went there today with a gift certificate that I bought her a long time ago. We just happened to find it. It clearly says on it that it does not expire. They refused to accept because they evidently purchased from the former owner. My wife said they charged her $ 30 and they didn’t even do a good job.

This is the WORST establishment ever. If I could give it negative stars I would. About 3 ½ years ago, I used to get my haircuts & highlights here by one of their stylists. I believe her name was Suki. Prior to getting married, I inquired w/Suki about costs, etc for getting my hair styled for my wedding as well as for my bridesmaids. She gave me a quote and set up a time for me to come in to do my trial run. She did warn me however that since my wedding was on a Sunday, that she would have to do our hair at a hotel or my house since the owner of the shop would not let her use it on a day they were closed. Since she knew this was a concern of mine, she said that if I found someone else to do the job that that would be fine. I eventually did find someone else so a week before my trial run(which was schedule for a Saturday morning), I called the shop but was unable to reach Suki. I tried several times(each time she was with a client) so I decided to leave a voice mail on the shop’s answering machine. Apparently Suki never received my message because on that Saturday morning when I didnt’t show up, she was VERY upset. She ACCUSED me of lying to her about leaving a msg to cxl the appointment and was so angry because her Saturday morning timeslot was not filled that she told me I was a liar and that if I had left a message that the receptionist would have given it to her. She eventually hung up on me. I realize she was upset but I didn’t feel it was very professional for her to YELL at a client of hers and not even try to confirm with the receptionist about the message machine. Worst yet… a few days later, I wrote a very angry letter addressed to the shop’s owner letting her know how the stylist treated me and NEVER heard back from her. I will now make it my mission to let everyone I know how horrible of an establishment this place is. With so many choices, why go there?
