As a CPA with a tax practice, there are times during the year that I need to be able to rely on my workstations, network and backup systems without question. They simply cannot fail — even for an hour. Jason has done a great job in the setup and maintenance of my IT systems (including off site backups) and has handled every request promptly and professionally. And, most importantly, I have not had to give the functionality or reliability of my IT systems a second thought. I highly, and frequently, recommend Jason to my own clients.

Good old Jason is an asset to have for my dental practice. He is extremely available when you need him to be, no matter what crazy hour. His pricing is very fair (I can be a bit of a cheapskate) and he does good work. I’ve had a couple of computer crashes that freaked me out and he addressed them promptly and correctly. He has since gotten me on a more sensible maintenance program with the appropriate backups for a dental office. Highly recommended.

When I started using AMB Computers I had been through 3 IT companies to help me with my small business needs. We were hosting a server and nobody could offer a good alternative. Jason helped me come up with a hosted solution, saving me thousands of dollars a year (money that he could have charged me for the support). Here’s why I give Jason of AMB 5 Stars: He respond to calls and email quickly, he comes to my home or office to fix my computer, doesn’t speak ‘geek’ so I understand what I need to know and he makes recommendations that make things easier for me use my computer efficiently. I’ve used him a number of times– sometimes for routine maintenance and most recently with a sense of urgency when my hard drive crashed. Woohoo! AMB is as good as it gets!
