Woody’s was incredibly responsive, trustworthy and thorough. We experienced a small fire with fairly extensive smoke damage. Woody + his team have been a joy to work with through an unpleasant situation.

Nice guy! Came all the way out and was honest to let us know our options– decided to take his advice that it was something we could just fix ourselves and he gave the number to his hardwood floor guy. Appreciate his integrity and referral– will hopefully not need him in the future but in a water, fire or smoke damage issue is be sure to give Woody a call.

Woody recommended we do cost plus vs fixed price contract. We listened to him and did cost plus. It turned out he charged 50% more than original quote. The work was adequate but slow. I would not use him again.

Absolutely the best there is. They show up when they say they will. They know exactly what to do, they keep you totally informed the entire way, and work directly with your insurance company if necessary. I have used them several times and they are always efficient. Their employees are familiar to me because they are seasoned, happy, and tend to stay in their jobs.

Wooddy really rocks it. We had a foul odor in the basement. His team found the source (an expired rat) extracted the corpse and killed the smell. On time, pleasant and efficient and reasonable.

Woody’s is everything you want in a restoration service. Fast, smart, comforting, efficient, high quality, and nice to have in your home during a stressful time. They responded to my every request with kindness, accuracy and responsiveness. I’ve never had water damage before, and it was unnerving. But Woody and his crew made it all better, literally. I felt confident the right work was getting done, and the house looks like nothing ever happened. They also charge a very reasonable price. They struck just the right balance of «get it done right» but «don’t do anything that isn’t necessary». I was very impressed and would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve had several fires or major floods in properties that I manage over the years and I’ve used Woody’s Restoration repeatedly. Nobody in this business is cheap, but Woody’s prices are reasonable considering that he can turn out a full emergency team at 3AM on a Sunday morning. His guys really know their stuff and I’ll use them next time I have an emergency. Woody lets you know what they will do and what it will cost. You can rely on his word and his work.

These guys are AMAZING. Very smart, very efficient, honest and reasonably priced.
I’ve used them twice in the past year. The first time was to diagnose an awful odor coming from my kitchen. I called in a pest control specialist and a plumber and they couldn’t figure it out. Woody and his team figured out that a rat had crawled up in my walls and died. They figured out the exact spot, removed it, treated the odor, repaired the dry wall and painted the ceiling again. All within 2 days, and no hassle.
The second time was to repair my bedroom closet ceiling which had started to crumple — Woody and his team found the source of a water leak in the roof and repaired both the roof as well as he ceiling. Again, two days, in and out. Always on time, very professional, no hassle. And they charged me $ 300 less than the quote I received from another contractor!
