Well, I just signed up today. Called around, this was one of the few that had what I needed at a price I could afford. Nora saved the unit for a few hours til I could get there, as it was the last unit at the size I wanted. Was happy they had someone on an upstairs floor in case it rains. Nora was very thorough and was attentive to discrepancies &details. Everything went smoothly. Very tall ceilings. It’s next to a lovely waterfront hiking trail too! Manager lives on site and they also have security patrol. Elevator makes it easy. East end of E. Francisco Blvd.

I called H&H on a Saturday afternoon, reserved the size I needed over the phone –he takes my name, says I need to be there the next day – and I drive forty minutes to San Rafael on a Sunday morning to find they HAD GIVEN THE UNIT TO SOMEONE ELSE. It was only eleven o’clock in the morning when I arrived, so I have no idea why they’d do that.
Poor business practices for sure… I’d disagree with some of the other ratings that say that H&H cares about people.
I went to StorQuest instead (and got a cheaper rate) as well as a nicer experience. So for you Unilocalers out there, give them a try!

I’ve been a client of H&H Storage for more years than I care to mention, but for all the right reasons. They have terrific customer service, very clean facilities– and safe. I never worry about contents of my locker being broken into. These guys run a great business, if you need a place to store, look no further.

This is a storage facility that cares about people, and their belongings. I have had two storage units for probably too long, but that’s not their fault, lol. Andres, who has been the manager there for many many years is one of the nicest people you would ever want to know. The secured storage area is reassuring. If you are looking for the best storage facility, look no father!
