He came on time. Kept it short. FIxed one thing. Explained the real problem was our comcast connection. (They had denied that.) He was right. I’d use him again, if I have wireless/​routing issues. Nice guy as well.

I would like to put a shout-​out to Raul Freitas and his excellent service! I’ve been searching for a dependable and reasonable computer expert for quite a while. Through Raul I finally found one! He was very prompt, very professional, focused and completed all the tasks we scheduled to address. His instructions were easy to follow and he completely understood what my concerns were and how to solve my computer problems. Raul was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He even stayed late when we had an issue that was taking longer than usual to resolve (it took longer than usual b/​c our house wiring is complicated not through any fault of his own). I found him to be a good value for the money. He specializes in PC’s though, not Mac’s.

Punctual and professional. Raul came to my house and helped me set up my router, sync up a printer to my laptop, fixed a broken CD– ROM drive and helped me with a number of other problems I was having… Including speeding up my computer! Raul was the consultant I needed and provided me w\ affordable service. I would recommend him in a second!
