Had my Kawasaki ZRX 1200 rejetted and a modified air intake to match custom exhaust system.
Also had Racetech goldvalves installed in front forks.
Raul and his brother did a great job.
The bike runs And rides so much better then before, like a different bike.
I highly recommend this shop for your mc.
Their specialty is carbs/​injection but they can handle a lot more.

Marc Salvisberg did a good job dyno-​tuning my 2008 KTM 990 and improved performance everywhere. He successfully fixed a «snatchy» throttle and now I can carve mountain highways without a surging choppy throttle. Off road throttle response is much smoother and easier. I still retained good gas milage too.
Marc was easy to work with and he adjusted his schedule so I could conviently drop off and pick up the bike. He and his shop assistants were professional in all regards. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend Marc at Factory Professional Tuning.

One of the tz250’s that we had just built was in the need of fine tuning — as there was not one part of the carburetion that felt good.
We rented Mark and the dyno for a 6 hr Saturday.
It took the full 6 hours of carb jet changes to get the bike running silkily and have linear power.
Mark happily took the time to carefully explain the workings of the different fuel circuits in the carb.
It was nice running into a shop that had national AMA pro level tuning experience.
I asked about his negative Unilocal and he said that 3 hours per bike isn’t enough time to ground up rejet something. He said he felt lucky that they were able to get almost all the circuits sorted out and ran out of tuning parts and the 6 hours worth of time, He said he gave the customer some things he could try and if that didn’t work, he’d have to buy leaner slides for both bikes. But the customer didn’t remember that.

Years ago, I picked up a Kawi ZZR1200 from Hayfork, CA, for a friend that lives in Tuscon, AZ. My friend asked that I deliver the bike to Mark at Factory Pro for a service and Dyno.
Expecting to leave the bike at least overnight, I was surprised when I was told to pick up the bike by the close of business that day. I returned to pick up the bike and rode it out of the shop for a test ride.
I owned a ZZR1200 at the time that had been jetted and tuned on a Dynojet by an indie in Rohnert Park. When I lit up my friend’s bike, holy &^%$!! What a difference. Mark and his crew made that bike run better than any ZZR I had the pleasure of riding.
So, with this history, come time to install a power commander on my Connie, I thought of Mark. I delivered my bike in the morning and returned about 2 o’clock just to see what was up. Started talking to Mark, who had been in the box tuning my bike. I got to go in the box as he worked his magic.
He told me he had run the bike up to 8k, but was having trouble like it was hitting the rev limiter and he was researching how to bypass the traction control. With the front wheel locked in place, the traction control was kicking in. He poked around on the web, made some phone calls, to no avail. We turned the traction control off and on and off… to no avail. We came to the conclusion he would be able to map it to 8k and that was it.
Well, being the old school, gotta be as good as it can be, kinda guy I found him to be, he mapped it at every 1k up to 8, then he went back and mapped it on the 500’s, too! It was fun to watch this guy work. A blend of old school and hi-​tech.
I know it’s an old cliché, but, it runs better than new. I only gained a couple HP up the band, but it’s amazing how smooth it runs up to the limiter.
After the work on my bike, my lowbeam headlights coincidentally quit working. Thinking it too much of a coincidence, I assumed something Mark or Raul did made the headlights not work. I tested what I could with my limited skills and took the bike back to the shop. After some testing, we found the hotter lights I had installed had both burnt out while on the dyno. Replace the bulbs, they work as they should. No one in the shop took offense to my returning and inquiring as to why my lights didn’t work. Raul stepped right up, tested and we found the problem. Had Mark on the phone, he was more than willing to take the time to figure it out.
I’ve dealt with another indie shop and will not set foot in their store again. Bad service. Pissed off when I point out their errors.
I will take my bike back to Mark and the crew for service and tuning.
