I attended the ‘Breaking the True Love Code’ intensive and really got a lot out of it. I learned effective tools on how to communicate with my partner while also learning a lot about myself. The intensive is not just for people who are having issues in their relationships, it can also help really good relationships become great. There are always more tools to learn when it comes to communication and being a good partner. Monica is a great teacher who explained her lessons thoroughly while also answering many questions and adding in a lot of food for thought. I also loved that the intensive dealt a lot with our individual selves and the many different types of relationships we have with people — our family, our friends, ourselves, and our partners and how it affects us as a whole. I also enjoyed the guided meditation at the end and really thought the program was very well rounded. Definitely worth the time and money to invest in yourself and your relationships.
