worst mc Donald ever they always forget to give you something in the drive thru… Or you always get cold food especially French fries :(just not worth paying for this service besides the cold food … Taking my $$$ Wendy’s they actually serve the food hot.

Very bad service. Gave me attitude and purposely messed up my order. Asked for light sugar in my coffee and it seems as if the whole drink was liquid sugar. Homegirl working morning shift needs to get fired.

Don’t waste your time her, chances are their going to forget something you’ve ordered and by the time you get home and notice you don’t want to drive back. I would suggest going to a different location cause everytime I eat here they always forget something. Step your game up, I don’t see why you guys are trying to pass a 15 dollar min wage when you guys can’t even follow a simple order. Geez.

Think I’m over this location. I just came back from the drive thru and surprise I had items missing. I normally double check but I gave them the benefit of the doubt today. The line was short(for once) and so I thought they would have their stuff together. Just tired of getting soggy, cold fries and lukewarm burgers from this place. Feels like I ordered it yesterday and left it out all night. So not worth the money. I’d much rather drive farther to the other location that actually cares about the quality of the food as well as actually giving me what I ordered!

I didn’t buy anything but used the facilities. It’s a very nice restaurant. Inside and outside are both very clean despite how busy the place gets.

Failed to make sure all of my order was in the bag before they handed it to me in the drive thru window I was sad that it appeared to be the manager who had placed my ordered in the bag you know the guy wearing the blue button down shirt he forgot to include my harsh brown thanks that’s my son’s favorite part of the meal

As I stated in my tip I would want to know why there is such a huge drive-thru line when this place is considered a fast food chain… can someone explain? Did they switch it from«fast» food to «slow»… Does the problem lie with the customer? The staff? Maybe I should stop coming… Lol.

Do not go inside, just order through the drive-thru. It is much faster since they give the priority to the drive thru. It moves super quick. I have gone inside and it takes a long time for people to get their order and then its messy inside. The place where the sodas are at its often dirty with soda spilled, which that should be clean all the time.

This mcd’s is horrible… the place it self is not horrible it’s the people who work for this mcd’s make it horrible… need to get rid of its employees of mcd’s, and hire people that actually care, and smile, not giving bad looks, or not even a smile. come on… and to top it off, looks like most of the people that work at this mcd’s a HIGH, and the other 33% you can’t understand a word they say… idk mcd’s it’s time to hire new people with better attitudes, and people that you can actually understand, and greet you with a smile, not a ‘ya how can I help you’, with rudeness, and disgust to take my order, where they don’t even want to be there type of attitude, oh and after I placed my order I also got the eye roll. so that was my experience at this mcd’s.so with all this being said, I couldn’t wait to come home and put this on Unilocal

The bunless Mc Doubles were tasty as was the diet Dr. Pepper… Bathrooms were clean enough, lame that there are no paper towels and the hand dryer is from 1980. Interesting neighborhood brings out some interesting people… yeah interesting might not be the best description.

WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there they forget a part of my order. For instance, just now, they forgot to put a hamburger in my sons happy meal. I’ve purchased countless amounts of items that I will never received, I feel like I’m donating to McDonald’s vice making a business transaction. oh, and the only reason I have them 1 star is because 0 wasn’t an option.

I was in the drive through line when a McDonald’s employee wanders up to my car. She had a gadget in her hands, I asked her several times if she was there to take my order. She kept fidgeting with her gadget. Not sure why she was standing by my car window? She then looked up and said the guy in front of me was making a huge order and I was better off going inside. Uhmmmmmmmmmm OK I did end up going inside and ordering and leaving, wasn’t terribly impressed overall.

So I know its McDonald’s and I don’t expect much but wow. The coffee had an after taste of plastic, the chicken nuggets and fries in the happy meal were cold and my chicken wrap was watery and old tasting. The man who stands in front of the menu was short and rude. Was bent on taking my order before I could even look at the menu??? The woman who took my payment was very nice but her English wasn’t great. It was difficult to understand her fully. The young girl with the bad acne scars was unbelievable. She was so rude it was almost laughable. So when I had to go back through the line because she failed to get the order I placed correctly into the bag, imagine the annoyance level she had with me at this point. Lol! It’s fine, it happens, but her rudeness about it and complete lack of customer consideration was utterly amazing. What could I even do but smile, say thank you and make a mental note as I drove away to avoid that place like the plague. It’s getting 2 stars because at least one person was nice! Psshhh

There is ample parking and the food is as standard as it gets(not hot and fresh, but not disgusting enough to inspire self-loathing), so not much to say about that. Service is as slow as you can expect when they prioritize drive-thru, but again it is expected. If you’re in the area and craving McD’s, then sure why not. Otherwise, there are much better places to fulfill your munchies and cravings.

I just bought 2 breakfast combos with orange juice and I get home to find that the orange juice is spoiled. Not only does it taste bad it smells bad. However i am still giving them 3 stars because when I called an employee named Sandra was very aplogetic and took my name down so that I can come in another day to get 2 free orange juices. I am so disappointed because I always go to this location and have never had a problem and I really wanted that orange juice since I wasn’t feeling well. I always check my food before I leave but I guess I will have to check my drinks as well.

Only giving them one star because by some miracle they got my «no onions, no pickles» part right on the order. First of all, yes, I know it’s only Micky Dee’s. But you know when you are on your way somewhere with a kid in the backseat it’s very convenient to go to the same chain and get(relatively) the same stuff and be on your way in a flash, no muss, no fuss. Well, this place was pretty frustrating. First of all, when we drove through the drive through(which wasn’t out of order, i asked!) there was a lady there in person to take our order. Not a problem, except she spoke very little english and was almost indecipherable as far as speaking. Yep, we couldn’t understand her. Hardly. Not easy, right… then she was rushing us and we were trying to figure out what the kid would eat; even asked her nicely to «give us a minute»…really only about 15 seconds but NO, she had to start punching numbers that she heard us discussing amongst ourselves… a number 2, a number 8, whatever else I’m not sure. Only figured that part out when she asked what we wanted for our drink orders with those meals! Finally got her to stop stabbing numbers on her iPad long enough to LISTEN to us and got our order done, too much drama for a drive through! When we went to pay for our order we asked that employee why they placed people in that kind of critical spot(critical for communication!) who couldn’t be well understood or get their point across either, and we got the same thing. That’s right, she was hardly able to be understood either. Just so you don’t think I’m some transplant, I grew up near here and have been around all cultures my whole life, no problems. Just when i’m ordering something and want to be well understood, my patience sort of leaves me. The window money taker employee was very nice and asked if i wanted to talk to the manager but we were on our way to the Cabrillo Beach Museum and had no time to stop and chat. This is business 101, not sure why they dont place better communicators in those high traffic areas. For counter work, it would be much better to have them there, i’m sure those running inside to order have more time on their hands and can help these employees with their language skills. Going to avoid this location in the future.

This McDonalds makes really good hot lattes! And I don’t have to park and get out. I don’t like my coffee sweet, so I just request that they not add any flavor. They also are fast, and have a very nice staff!

This Mc Donald’s is pretty good most of the time but not all of the time. I like to come here and get breakfast a few times a week before work. Usually their breakfast items are pretty good like today. But last week… yuck…the hash browns were so greasy and my breakfast burritos were so old that I couldn’t even eat my breakfast… BOO!!! On the up side their drive thru service is SO fast. Even when the cars are piled up it only takes a few minutes to order and get your food. Sometimes the drive thru lines up in two directions but everyone is SO courteous that they actually take turns as to who drove up first. I’ve never seen anything like it… but it’s refreshing in this hustle and bustle world that the Mc Donald’s patrons on Gaffey are so polite.
