Where do I even begin. I am so impressed with Ruth and Mike. My piano is about 10 years old and well taken care of but we recently moved and it was way out of tune. I’ve had many different tuners come throughout the years but when Ruth and Mike showed up I felt like my piano hadn’t gotten the love it so well deserved from the past. They are truly the best of the best. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing. They wanted to make sure there wasn’t a spec of dust INSIDE the piano anywhere. They use a mix of their talents, a tuning fork as well as their professional ears to a highly priced computer tuning program. They are so personable and explained the process as they went. I immediately knew I was in the right hands. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs piano servicing. My piano has honestly never sounded this amazing before!

I couldn’t recommend this family-​owned business more. I wasn’t sure what to expect with only 1 Unilocal review but I was so very happy with their service. We were gifted an 1896 upright baby grand piano that had been neglected for some time. It needed cleaning, repair, tuning, strings, and more. When I called Diane, she explained the process to me and found an appointment slot so the work could be done before Thanksgiving. On the first day of repair, the crew (1 – 3 people coming and going) were here for 6 or more hours. They were friendly, taking their time to explain everything that they were doing as well as filling us in on the history of the piano. On the second day, my rug rats were here with questions and comments about the piano for Ruth and Mike, and they were so patient and gracious with my kids. And the piano? Well I don’t have a musical ear for the tune, but it is clean, nicks cleaned up, some strings replaced, tuned, and looks lovely. This team is incredibly thorough and honest, as well as kind and patient.

I have a piano that hadn’t been tuned (or played) for many years, and it sounded really bad. Ruth and Diane arrived just a few days after. They teamed up on the cleaning and tuning. It took a few hours but they would not leave until it sounded just right. Also did some «extra» repairs a gratis. I don’t know how to compare, but I give them 5 Stars! :-0)
