It’s close to CCC which is why I occasionally go but like the chinese food version of McDonalds cheap, fast, and greasy.

The food is amazing, I’ve been going there for years. It’s cheap, they take card, and they over pack your plate with food. But the service sucks!!! The workers are so disrespectful, they talk amoung themselves constantly, you think they would hear you ordering. They don’t pay attention or give you the service you deserve. Horrible service… The food is a 5 star rating but their service is a 0 star rating.

I’ve been here a handful of times to get the honey glazed shrimp. The ambiance is terrible. The tables look like they dug them out of a dumpster and the customer service is abysmal. Still, the honey glazed shrimp were delicious(although not well cleaned. I often had to clean them myself before eating) and I wasn’t about to sit in there and eat so whatever. But last night I stood in line for nearly 10 minutes while everyone working there looked at me but did not help me. Then when they finally came to the counter, they started talking to the people behind me in line asking what they wanted as if I was invisible. I just walked out. Never going there again. Not spending my money where I’m not valued as a customer.

Watch out for the hairs on the fried rice! I’ve gotten hairs on my rice more than a couple times. Do yourself a favor and take yourself to China kitchen in el sobrante.

5 star for selections, portion, and price. This is my go to place when I want something fast, cheap, and delicious. Its very similar with Panda express(minus the orange chicken) — its cheap, greasy, and delicious — nothing extra ordinary but still very good. I always order the 3 combo meal. You get to choose from Chicken Fried Rice, Chowmein, or plain steamed rice as the main dish, and you get to choose 2 more side dish from the many selections.

Good portions, ok food, quick service and they also serve party sized trays. Convenient and haven’t gotten me sick yet. Also sat down and ate there, a little small but it worked out.

Do not come here expecting expensive, or fancy Chinese food. You come to a place like this when you are desperately in need of fast, cheap food that tastes OK. In all honesty the place isn’t much to look at. It’s located in a plaza with many other restaurants and stores around. It is very small inside, with, trash on the floor, and every employee sitting down to eat and talk loudly to one another. When we walked in, one of them immediately got up to help us. They have a buffet line set up with a variety of food, and copious amounts of it. I went with their combo number three. You get your choice of chicken fried rice or chow mein, plus two other entrees and a choice between two pot stickers or an egg roll. I went with the fried rice, plus I ordered the Mongolian Beef, the Hunan Chicken, and two pot stickers. They are very generous when dishing you up, to the point where they can hardly close the lid. At $ 6.95 you get an amazing amount of food. With that being said, the food is very average. The fried rice was somehow had pretty amazing bites, and pretty bland bites. The Hunan Chicken was very good, but the pieces were very large. The Mongolian Beef was delicious all around, and pretty spicy I might add. The pot stickers were the most disappointing part. They looked good, but they were cold and you can tell they have been sitting around for a long while. I was able to sample one of their Dry Fried Ribs, which was the whole reason we actually took the trip out here. She ordered a big container of them, and they were very good. I couldn’t see myself eating here every day, but if I lived closer, I would definitely stop by every now and then for a quick dinner fix. On a side note: The place she was actually talking about was literally right down the street. *Forehead slap*

Lee’s Garden has a 2 item lunch special(4.85), 3 item lunch(5.85).pictured on their glass window. though the veggies weren’t out yet, i ordered somethng to go. eats: fried rice with fried pork, fried ribs(5.85) –rice tasted funny, definitely day old. chow mein probably just as bad msg build up made me thirsty. a sharp turn later overturned my lunch, so i luckily didn’t eat all the rice (yep, driving while dining. a few gulps per stop light). –fried pork, fried ribs just ok, a liitle greasy, too much fat 2.5 stars, 3ish for value take outs: –friendly service yes, should have passed. one choice should have been brocculi or beans…

Even at 11am this place is super noisy. The staff alone are enough to get a noise complaint. They are constantly chit chatting to one another like they are having an intense argument. Taking customers orders, they are practically screaming at you«Can I hep yooou» When it’s time to pay, it’s always really awkward. They ask whether you are eating«here» or «togo», if you dine-in they just give you a fork and napkins but if you get togo, you have to like negotiate on how many packets and little containers of hot chili in oil. They get so upset when you want more than one. They need to learn how to provide better customer service.

Not bad for a fast Chinese food fix. And you get HELLA food. I recommend the Hunan chicken and shrimp.

Definitely not bad for this type of place. The portions are pretty good for the price and the rice is relatively some of the better I’ve had. It’s much better than the ones in El Sobrante and Richmond, so if you’re looking for some fast Chinese food, this place is adequate.

A good spot to go to if you’re super hungry and want HUGE portions. Food is typical of what you would find in a Chinese buffet. It’s not Panda Express, but the food does hit the spot and the ladies that work behind the counter will speedily get your food while talking to each other in their native language. They never stop talking.

Rude cashiers they carried on with personal conversations in loud tones. I had to repeat my order several times. Food was horrible. Sesame chicken did not taste like sesame chicken only found one sesame seed in the whole order. The chicken fried rice was under cooked and only had rice no chicken.

We go here often as a family for take out because it’s super authentic and cheap. We constantly make sure to get the chow fun and sesame chicken. The fried fish is also pretty good. The portion sizes are HUGE. Seriously, the lady smashes the food into the containers until it’s probably seeping out of the sides. But hey, can’t complain about all the excessive leftovers! Lol We get trays for parties and stuff like that and that is also really cheap. I recently ordered a small tray of chicken chow mein for $ 16! Ridiculously cheap! Only problem is is that there is one lady that is super rude. She’ll take your order and then obviously start talking about you in Chinese to her coworkers, but she can totally just be ignored. Go here for something authentic, quick and cheap!

A friend told me about Lee’s Garden so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! Of course you have to put things into perspective. This is a Chinese, steam table, take-out joint. Not a dim sum or szechuan or noodle house. That being said, for a weekday take home, this place is as good as any in the area. Your typical 2 – 4 item combos with rice and/or chow mein in a styrofoam box. But the items are really tasty and very generous. Most dishes have lots of veggies and you can order a wonton soup too. The service is quick and everything is fresh and hot if you come during prime time. This little joint is a great deal for the price. You can easily feed four people for under twenty bucks. Not kidding. Parking is easy in their lot.
