We have been coming back here recently specifically for the soups! House special and won ton are our favorites. For the price, you get two large containers of soup and complimentary rice per soup order! The soup has Napa cabbage and other veggies which is how I like it, not just broth and wontons.

I Should Have Known Better Than To Eat Just Anywhere But My Husband Is A risk Taker… As I always start my reviews the owners don’t speak English they are some sort of Asian mixed with Mexican; what happens if a customer walks in that doesn’t speak a lick of Spanish? My Husband orders his favorite dish Shrimp Fried Rice No Veggies they gave him a huge plastic container of plain rice where’s the egg? The chicken and broccoli had a pound of onions which he didn’t ask for To top if off the food tasted like pollo guisado with veggies who orders that? He’s had his fair share of nasty Chinese food but this is the icing on the cake. «nastiest shit ever» — Husband Stay away this«Chinese Food» is horrendous food straight up SUCKS!!! Unilocal change your policy in giving out stars

I’ve always passed this place and thought I would check it out. Tonight was the night and now I can see, I wasn’t missing anything. Although clean when I walked in, it was empty. Seems to me if you have good food, you generally have tables with customers or a robust take out service. The sweet and sour chicken was rubbery, the Mongolian Beef was tough and bland, and the Beef Fried Rice was a snore. I will continue to pass this place by now. Why is that we cannot find good Chinese Food in San Pablo?

The owners are such nice folks who are multi-lingual we usually order to go and get served great portions worth your buck! Their home made Lemon Ice Tea is the and our dishes of choice there are Mongolian Chicken, House Special Fried Rice, Spicy Shrimp with Broccoli… and thats ala carte their combo plates are well priced also.

I pass this place all the time. It used to be Kasper’s way back in the days. Anyways… Every time I see it, I tell myself I’ll try it one day, it may be a diamond in the rough. It’s a hole in the wall but they have private parking and street parking. Upon entering, to my surprise it’s really clean. The menu is not too extensive it has your basic Chinese food items, fried rice, Mongolian beef/chicken, salt n pepper fish, etc. for under $ 5.00!!! I had to try it. Seeing people getting their order most if the ordered Mongolian beef. It was making my mouth water and BIG portions! The lady who greeted me is Chinese, you can tell English isn’t her first language, but damn she spoke in Spanish!!! So I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice. It came to me piping hot, SCORE. Fresh food! This was really Mongolian beef. It had the right amount of beef to onions(unlike other places Mongolian onions with beef). I dig in and something is missing… FLAVOR! It was bland, beef was thinly sliced and was dry. Fried rice also lacked flavor, nothing soy sauce couldn’t fix. So would I come back??? I don’t think so.

WOW! Not bad at all. Not much of a selection but the Mongolian chicken and beef and the war won ton soup are very good! Price points are on point and a very nice change of pace from all the other mundane and mediocre options out here. Don’t always eat chinese but they will become my go to when I do!

I give this resturant a four because the place is clean and nice. The food was deliouse i order the mongolian chicken i give it a four because there was to much onions on my chicken i wish it was more ingredients to make it a more deliouse chicken but it taste really good i finish it even all the onion because i mix it with the rice. The rice was a lil plain but it was cook perfectly. i also order the breaded shrimp the shrimp was absolutely amazing cook to perfection it was shell free too i enjoyed the shrimp so much tip if u come here and are not sure wat to get. Its a good resturant im deaf coming back and trying other dishes. it was my first time there and i loved it

I’m originally from the city I used to have my walk in Chinese restaurant there. So now I live here and I couldn’t find any that were near. Now this restaurant is cheap and extremely good. I work near and come by for lunch. Large portions. Fresh and you wait for the food to be cooked always a hot plate. Spanish and English speaking couple.
