Tiling

We recently hired Mike (Mikhail) from Tiling to do the tile work in a major remodel of an historic house in San Jose. The project included three full bathrooms, a kitchen and a small laundry room. Each of the bathrooms and the kitchen had fairly elaborate design patterns to implement. We planned to purchase the material directly and we were looking for a top notch tile setter who can put it all together flawlessly and also be cost effective.
I asked three contractors to bid on the project and selected Mike. Mike’s pricing was very competitive and on top he offered allot of good advice and made quite a few suggestions that could improve and simplify the project. It was clear that he cared a great deal about doing a good job and didn’t hesitate to educate me when he knew I was going the wrong track.
Mike’s team showed us on time and worked non-​stop until all was done. The team was headed by Paul who was not less than a super perfectionist. He wouldn’t let any detail escape. He made sure everything was done just right and everything looked perfect. If any error was made, Paul made sure it was fixed it instantly. It was a rarity to see such a responsive team and they did a superb job!
I am extremely pleased with the end results and hence I am very happy to write this review for the team. I found them to be professional, very kind people, and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anybody considering tile work. Obviously, I will not hesitate to re-​hire them for any tile project in the future.

Michael was very reliable and thorough and we honestly feel that we received outstanding service and quality of work! He was always on time, and was very flexible when we decided to make a few changes along the way. Michael is very professional and we would recommend him for any tile project.
