Worst subway I have ever been to the guy does there are so unprofessional. I bought a sandwich and I couldn’t even eat because the guy had broken the bread while he was wrapping it. I didn’t enjoy it one bit never going there again I rather starve then eat there again

Came in, no one was at the counter. Heard someone washing dishes at the back, waited 5 mins, called twice and no answer… if you dont want business don’t have your open sign up.

If you like horrible sandwiches made by idiots, then this is the right Subway for you. The Asian guy who works there is a complete jerk — no eye contact, slow as can be, and seems rather incompetent. He piles up the veggies in the middle of the sandwich instead of spreading them out evenly, you know kind of like if a 5 year old was making it. Sometimes he won’t even cut the sandwich in half like they do at other Subways. I also think he only speaks by making grunts and clicks — seriously, there is something wrong with him. If he’s actually been diagnosed as a retard, then I apologize, but not to the tool who hired him. Anyway, I’ve sworn off these shitty sandwiches for a while. I took one bite, threw up in my mouth a little, and then tossed the rest of it. A turd placed between some bread is still a turd.

The Indian girl and Asian guy are super rude. They’re stingy on the meat. The guy can’t even hand the receipt to you. He just throws the receipt on the counter for you to grab.

Pretty typical subway experience, not overwelmingly friendly but not terrible customer service either. They didn’t fight me when I said I wanted everything(yes, that means spinach) and accepted the buy one get one coupon I had. They were out of lids so had to get a bigger sizes drink(and diabeetus). Get your sub to go and eat at seal point park around the corner.

The place is always clean but I feel like this spot doesn’t meet the standards of a regular subway. The portion sizes of the meat get smaller each time I go there. Also, I feel like every time I come here there’s a new employee in training, because they take forever to do a simple sandwich. I know more than them most of the time.

Screwed up order asked for regular avacodos and put the VERYSPICYSPICYGUACOMOLE even after I told them I DIDN’T WANTTHAT. I was not very pleased with their service and also i asked for 6 inch whole wheat but he thought i said 12 inch and then screwed up the order even more. Only one person doing the sandwiches and sneezed while doing an order. Never will go here again.

DONOTCOMETOTHISSUBWAY! If Unilocal had a option to give negative stars I would’ve gave negative stars here. Worst Subway I have ever been to. Service was a horrible and the employees in there are super rude. The bathroom was disgusting! Buyer beware go somewhere else.

Took a look at my receipt the other day and see that I got charged 3 bucks for extra bacon. I tell the guy at the register that he over charged me. He said he didn’t, so I show him the receipt. So, this idiot tells me that its now 50 cents per piece of bacon on the sandwiches? What? Ive tried to call twice, both time its the same guy. He admits that I should only have been charged $ 1, but he won’t do anything to remedy the situation. Ask for a manager? He now says he is the manager. Its a subway man, you don’t make sandwiches that are worth 13 dollars. Get real.

How hard is it to work at Subway? Really! LoL My sister was inside Subway while I waited in the car. After 20 min of waiting, I finally decided to go inside. I walked in and she was STILL in line with one person in front of her. WTF?! I looked at her like, What the Hell. She told me dude making the sandwiches is hella slow! Then I turned around, and see another employee sleeping at the table. I said it loud enough for them to hear me «Well if someone woke up and saw this line, maybe it would go by faster» and still nothing happened. When my sister got to the front, the dude making the sandwich is calling Sleeping Beauty’s name to wake up. WHYDONTYOUGOOVERTHEREANDWAKEHIMUP. Sleeping Beauty wasn’t budging. Even when I stopped to take 3 pics of him, he still didn’t move. The Asian man who made the sandwich didn’t even know what he was doing. My sister asked for a sub and he made it totally different. My sister told him, doesn’t it come with ____, ____and ______. He replied back, «oh, you want ____in it?» NOFOOL… that’s how the sandwich comes! I mean, I see the Hiring sign in the window. But is it hard to hire someone who knows how to make a sandwich and not look on a list every time!!!

I admit I am not a Subway customer but my grandson in Souther California is. I asked his dad where to get a gift certificate for him because it is difficult to buy for him living so far from me. I was told Subway would be a good place. So, I went to this Subway and just as another reviewer stated, they either can’t or won’t speak understandable English and do not understand it either. If they want only Hindi speaking customers they should put a sign in the window. I told the first woman I encountered that I would like to buy a gift certificate, she promptly left and went into the back room. She returned with another woman who said«what you want»(I thinkk) I proceeded to tell her I would like to buy a gift certifiate and she replied(what that?) Needless to say, I walked out, there was no reason to go any further. I have no objections to anybody who migrates here from other countries owning a business, however when they do they should either learn how to communicate with the public they are serving or, hire people who can relate to the customer. I now know that Subway is not a business I care to deal with.

Excellent sandwich today! Clean store, great deal on teriyaki chicken, fast and convenient place to eat freshly made sandwiches. I ate at key market to try out it tasted bad and had stomach ache. This place rocks.

Ok, Subway is Subway. Should all be relatively the same right? So what’s up with the one star. I’ll you what’s up. THESTAFFDOESN“T UNDERSTANDENGLISH!!! All the start that I’ve seen so far are Indian ladies; medium to old. There is this one short old Indian lady that I swear to god, she doesn’t know the difference between BLACKFORESTHAM and GDROASTBEEF. Yesterday was the 3rd time I got mad at the same lady. I always order black forest ham. Again, I ordered it yesterday. Maybe it was my fault for not watching her, forgetting that she always fks it up. When I was charged, she said«roast beef»… and I immediately stopped her. I told her what? Again? GD it! I forgot it was you but now I remember, you ALWAYS fk up my sandwich and give me roast beef. I yelled at her«I SAIDBUHLAKKKFORRRRESTHAM. Do you know what black forest ham is???» She respond, «roast beef». OMG, I nearly blew a gasket. I told her no. I don’t want this sandwich. If you are forcing me to pay for the wrong sandwich, you charge me for black forest ham price. She said, you want change it, ok I change it. There was a line already and my gf was telling me its fine just take it. Oh hell no. I didn’t want but I didn’t want to argue anymore. So I took the damn sandwich. WAKEFKUPASSHOLES! BLACKFORESTHAMISNOTROASTBEEF!!! TRAINYOURFKNPEOPLERIGHT! (yes, sorry, im a little irritated)

With the buy one get one free coupon for a 6 inch, it’s was a good deal, and this locations is nice and spacious so defiantly would recommend if your close by this subway, it is inside a shopping center also, so you can multitask

I live right down the street so I come here often. I think they must have hired a new person cuz he didn’t ask if we wanted our sandwiches toasted. And he didn’t put much mayonnaise on my sandwich… They usually do really well though. :)

After shopping at Key Market, I was tired, and did not feel like going home only to have to cook. It was 90 degrees outside, what was a single girl to do? But there, off in the distance was Subway. I remember them, their slogan is «eat fresh». Isn’t that where Jerred eats and where he lost all the weight? This will be perfect! So I go in and decide on a hot pastrami. I get home, and the first thing I notice is how much fat is on the meat. Chewy fat, more like rubber, or latex. Anyway, I only ate half because quite frankly, it just tasted nasty. About a half hour later, a strange gurgle began in my colon. First a blurp, followed by a ploooob, then finally a whomp. I then suddenly felt the need for a bathroom. Why do you ask? Diarrhea my friend. It’s safe to say, I wont be back. But at least I know how Jarred lost the weight.

Yay, a new Subway walking distance to my house. So obviously, been eating a lot more Subway these days. Service was quick, the people were nice. This is just down from the Indian place, Dil Kush, and a few doors over from Key Market.
