A mildly entertaining playground! At first I thought the fact that this park was so close to the street and without a gate would be problematic, but the park is kind of submerged and has a tiny concrete wall surrounding it. It makes for a decent buffer.

Giant lawn by the playground. Parking can be challenging on a warm Saturday afternoon. Lots of locals at the park. Cloudy on the beach but was warm and sunny at the park! Bring shade as the lawn area have limited park benches and trees. Parking in dusty and tight when both sides of the entrance road is taken up by parked cars.

Close to Whole Foods, but otherwise not special enough to go out of your way to get to. It features a smallish play structure in pretty good shape on top of bark chips with a slide, rope ladder and tunnel. There is one baby swing and one regular swing. It also has a large grassy area which usually has a few kid-friendly dogs but is also usually soggy. There is a nice track around the park for bikes. Two public restrooms, but I can’t figure out their schedule. Street parking. Not much shade, but on a hot day you should be around the corner at the fountain and fake stream on Park Place.
