Half an hour for a cup of boba milk tea on a hot summer afternoon. Only 4 orders in front of us but those took forever. Ridiculous wait. Certainly not«quickly»!

I love their popcorn chicken and milk teas with Boba. The prices are decent. They sometimes have long lines and a long wait, it’s very rare that you have a quick turn around with your order but when you do, it throws you off. Their customer service is decent and so are the drinks.

It’s good. I like this more than the Foster City & Burlingame locations. Pretty small. Next to Rave Burger.

Last year(dec)came for the regular milk tea with a friend, and the milk tea still taste the same(delicious) like 10years ago, when victor 1st opened his 2nd family’s business. Way better then quickly in Cupertino(de Anza Blvd)! And even better than Coco franchise milk tea in Shanghai I usually get! ~great balanced taste buds~

Out of all the Quickly’s that I’ve been to(keep in mind, I’ve been to over 4 locations!), I can definitely say this is THE best one mainly because of their popcorn chicken. This location is very generous with the amount of chicken that they give per order compared to other locations. Also, I believe this is the first Quickly location where they offered self-serve boba. I usually take the time to try all the different toppings they offer if it is self-serve because I can have an idea of what to add in my drink in the future. One last thing, if you make a phone order, you do not have the option to use the self serve because your drink will be ready for pick up upon your arrival.

Boyfriend and I was craving popcorn chicken. Originally we had stopped by T4 U, which said they were open at 11 but we arrived at 11:20 and they weren’t opened. Walked over to Quickly’s instead. We ordered 2 crispy popcorn chicken, calamari, mango delight, and red bean milk tea. Crispy popcorn chicken came plain but they had chili powder, curry powder, Siracha, ketchup, and sweet and sour sauce on the side. The portions were good. It would have been better if it was basil popcorn chicken. Calamari was alright. Lightly breaded, but it needed to be crispy. It hits the spot, but not the best. They have a ton of other snacks! I’d still like to try their takoyaki and fried mini octopus. For drinks we got the red bean milk tea which was delicious. Reminds me of a Vietnamese dessert. Their mango delight could have been better. The pudding was powdery and weird. The slush in the ice wasn’t blended very well so it was very chunky. I wouldn’t order it again.

Huge selection for small bites and bubble tea. Decent snacks to satisfy some cravings. This is my first time at this outlet but not my first encounter with Quickly. I always amused with their large selection of snacks and thus far my experience with the snacks have been pretty good. Today I ordered Takopachi balls which were approx $ 5 with tax for 8pcs. Fairly decent pricing. We waited for quite awhile before they were ready, not as quickly as we expected. They were piping hot and smelled great. The best bit, they tasted superb. A lot of it is probably the sauce combo that made it so good. The overall shop is rather dull and perhaps that makes it less inviting for people to pop in to buy a drink. Compared to its many competitors bubble tea shop, their traffic appears to be much lower. Personally, I like their snacks but prefer other shops bubble tea. They have decently priced noodles and snacks which makes them a good place to stop over to get a no-frills meal. That would be faster and cheaper than going to any other shops around that area. Will probably be back for more snacks when I’m around the area.

Normally, you don’t expect much out of a quickly. and normally, i wouldn’t bother writing a review for quickly. but going to this quickly was a much different experience than any other quickly i’ve ever been to. my friend and i went there after dinner, and there was just one other group of people in there. i ordered my milk tea, and my friend ordered some kind of tea with aloe in it. someone who seemed like the owner came and asked if my friend would prefer a premium tea, which would taste much better. so my friend went with his suggestion and got that. we sat down and our drinks were made very quickly. my friend got boba instead of aloe, but it didn’t bother him that much. a couple minutes later the same man came and gave my friend the original drink he asked for so he could compare the two drinks. i just thought that was incredibly nice of the man to do that for my friend.

I always come here after work nowdays… Not sure whether its because they’re understaffed, or whether it’s just sometimes they’re overflowed with people… it takes like… 20minutes for chickens to come out… I mean, I wont complain, because I like it, But I see that they have customers they know well, and their chickens come out like within 5 minutes… hmm. But lets get to the food, PERSONALLY, I liked their popcorn chicken better when they had the basil with it. now they don’t but it’s still okay! Their chicken wings… 4 piece for $ 2.99– worth? to me… I’d question a little! Their milk tea’s are okay. Staff are okay, and its pretty clean if you ask me.

While you’ll always try other boba spots for their specialty drinks(and trendier vibe), you’ll always find yourself coming back to Quickly. It’s super cheap and reliable. Pro tip: Sign up for 5stars rewards and get a free drink occasionally.

Gotta love a quick, delicious, affordable boba. I’m currently a bit addicted to boba, and this place is irresistible. I usually just get the bubble milk tea that is only $ 1.99. They prepare it in seconds and you can walk in and out super quickly. If you sign up for their free reward program, you get a star for every purchase and can get $ 2.50 off a purchase after nine stars. It’s awesome since you just type in your phone number and you get texts once you receive your free reward. They are always placing Korean music videos, which is also entertaining. There aren’t enough seats to enjoy your drink there, but you can walk to the park nearby or just walk around with you boba. There are a bunch of boba places in San Mateo now, with so many variations and flavored, but quickly is always a good choice!

I don’t like the ambiance of this Quickly. I usually don’t like eating and hanging around there because it’s stuffy, small, and it tends to get really hot in there. I got the takoyaki, which I usually order. It’s a good and an inexpensive snack. The food came out within 5 minutes. However, the service of Quickly is terrible. As I was paying and shuffling for change, the cashier looked impatient and kept giving me looks, rushing me. I thought it was unnecessary and it irritated me since I was handing her cash, which is the whole point of running a business. I won’t be coming back to Quickly; there are other boba places within a 1 mile radius that have better food and better service.

Decent Boba place if you are in a pinch, especially if it opens late. This is more of your classic boba that opened in the early 2000’s when the boba craze just got started. This is the kind of boba spot that is great for college location. Walking in it reminded me of Davis and the good old days. They have a ton of selection which is good or bad depending on your stand since it’s probably overwhelming if you see the menu. In addition, i’m not sure if the employees have had the chance of making the entire menu. Pop corn chicken was good, same with the wings. The crepes were just ok and had lots to improve on.

As the name implies, Quickly is quick, lol. Their service is top notch and you can have hot food within 5 – 10 min. I had the popcorn chicken with rice once and it has really good and crunchy. Their boba tea is pretty good and refreshing in taste and hydration. Best of all, it is cheap! If you want something fast and on the go type of food or drink, you should try this place. Another good thing about this place is that it is open pretty late, which for those nights that you are out after the movies and want to eat something, this would be a good place to go to. The only small issue I have about this place is the lack of seating, but understandable since the fast food restaurant is pretty small. I’d recommend this place and will be back at this place.

If you want something to snack on, quickly is your place. Chicken is a no-brainer, but their fried mini octopus is as good as it gets. Quickly is cheap, you do get what you pay for. Yes their drinks are obviously not the top of the bunch but for $ 2 what do you expect. Just like mcDonalds pricing, but don’t expect In-n Out A little bit awkward with some of their music videos, little kids should not be exposed to some of these kpop videos

Open late-ish, which is good. Had a HUGE line towards the closing time, and ran out of large boba towards the closing time. They have a self-serve bar, meaning that you can get the apple jelly, popping boba, pudding, etc. and as little or as much as you want of it(only up to a certain line though). They’ll put normal boba in as well if you ask. They do use non-dairy creamer, which is great, and they can make your drink ½ sweet :) We also got waffle fries, they were pretty good, and they made them for us without garlic!

Despite the three stars, you should visit Quickly if you want a decent boba drink and a snack, but don’t come expecting the highest quality tea or food. Read on to hear why… Competition for customers is stiff in San Mateo given there’s a boba shop on every corner, sometimes next to each other. In fact, with all of the new boba shops opening up, it’s hard to keep track of the different ones and which shop really has the best boba. With lots of competition it’s also been hard to keep track of who has the best value(drink size and taste to price). Quickly has always been a good consistent place for me to get boba as all of their chains are quite similar to Tapioca Express with regards to quality and taste. Here’s what I like about Quickly: 1) It’s a one stop shop — you can get a drink and food. I always opt for the standard milk tea with boba and sometimes lychee jelly. I also order the popcorn chicken. While I can’t say what part of the chicken is used, you just can’t pass up fried chicken where you can also add some additional spice or garlic salt. The pairing is perfect! I recently tried the tea where they brew fresh from leaves(I got oolong). However, I have to say it’s not worth the extra dollar as it didn’t taste too much different than their regular black tea. If you want the fresh tea, head to Tea Pumps or Share Tea. 2) The menu is large! You can get an assortment of milk tea, no milk, slushy, etc. The flavor assortment is also quite large but can be overwhelming. There is also a large assortment of jellys, boba, and other toppings. 3) Line is always short, you can be in and out with your drink/food faster than any other boba shop.

Surprisingly, unlike most Quickly’s I’ve been at, this is actually a pretty nice bubble tea place. Even though this is a small shop, the place is actually set up very well. There is free wifi, that is consistent, strong, and fast. The food quality is good – the fried squid balls were in large portions, hot, crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. The lemon tea they made was also done very well – it’s just the right amount of sweet that you don’t notice the syrup. The milk tea was also very smooth, with a clear milky flavor. They also seem to be server crepes and other food items that you can’t usually find in Quickly. Not wonder there are so many customers coming in all the time! They should just stop being a Quickly franchise, and rename it to something else! People would probably be more interested in coming back here if it’s a local neighborhood bubble tea place, especially since the quality of the drinks here are much higher than that of other Quickly branches – the Quickly brand is dragging this place down!
