Karen went above and beyond with the arrangements she did for us. All, I can say is my wedding would not have been the same if she hadn’t done the flowers. She is pricier than some but worth every penny. Just work with her and she will deliver. Thanks Karen for making my french garden floral dreams come true!

Karen Baba at Plan Décor was both creative and incredibly helpful in pulling together the flowers and special arrangements for our recent wedding. The event was held at our home. Karen came out in advance and helped me figure out what we needed. I later visited her shop to preview vases/​lanterns/​etc. My bouquet and the table arrangements were stunning — a perfect match for my dress and our home’s décor. Boutonnieres and wristlets for our adult children were sweet and, again, a perfect match for everyone’s different outfits. We had a fun station at which people could write notes of advice to us; Karen made a lovely display of greens and flowers, which flowed over the table and around a pedestal bowl that she provided to collect the cards. Her crowning glory was a special wreath that I asked her to create: a circle of greenery with a heart in the center of it. Each of our adult children had a white flower to add to the circle (representing the blending of our families) and my husband and I each had a pink flower to add to the central heart. After a few conversations and short email exchanges, Karen was able to creatively interpret what I was looking for to create this beautiful wreath, which we used in the ceremony, and which is currently hanging on our front door. I cant thank Karen and her team enough for taking all my floral inspirations and combining them to make a unique and special look for our wedding day. She was able to offer ideas for how to stay within budget but still get the impact that I was looking for. With adding lanterns to half of the reception tables I was able to get the romantic look I wanted. The ceremony florals were gorgeous and were also used for a large impact on our head table. Our bouquets were stunning and finished with a delicate lace that added that tiny (yet very special) detail I was looking for. She was also able to include other vintage vessels for the flowers that made the cocktail hour and the additional tables breathtaking.
I cant thank Plan Décor enough for making my wedding day so beautiful! MANY THANKS for all of your hard work in preparation as well as the day of!

Over the last couple years, my mom has received a number of arrangements from Plan Décor. When it came time to choose a wedding florist, we called Karen at Plan Décor. I know very little about flowers. Names escape me and frankly, I need images to really tell you what I do and don’t like. My husband on the other hand, much better than I am. Karen was very patient with me and in the end, I told her about my day, gave her a swatch of a bridesmaid dress and told her the flower arrangements were designers choice. The venue we used, she knows so well that she could walk us through everywhere we’d need flowers and the room was simply breathtaking.
Karen even referred us to our caterer, who was nothing short of amazing. Subsequently, Karen helped us pick out our linens and flatware. I can’t say enough good things about her and her team!

Karen is experienced and professional. My wedding flowers — everything from bouquets to centerpieces — turned out beautifully. I firmly believe that splurging on flowers for a wedding is an absolute must, it completely transforms the overall feeling and aesthetic beauty of the day. Karen Baba is wonderful to work with and creates beautiful works of art.

Karen at Plan Décor was AMAZING. I came in knowing NOTHING about flowers, only telling Karen that my colors were purple and silver. Karen took my ideas and made it more than I could ever have imagined. I received SO many compliments on the flowers. The centerpieces were intricate and beautiful, they really made the room look regal. Our bouquets were everything that I ever dreamed of and more.
Karen stuck with me through my idea changes, amount of table changes, etc, etc, and I couldnt say enough about the level of professionalism that we received.

Karen Baba of Plan Décor is awesome. The flowers were everything I hoped they would be — absolutley gorgeous! Her service is wonderful. She met with us more than once to discuss not only flowers, but table linens, chair covers, decorative vases, potted plants for the outside sitting area— she even rented us baskets to hold our wedding favors while we passed them out. We asked her to be a «day of» coordinator as well– –She and her staff oversaw every detail for us and did everything with such professionalism and elegance. Brides, look no further than PLAN DECOR and your day will be as beautiful and as seamless as mine was.

Karen did the flowers for my wedding in September. She did a fantastic job. I was completely thrilled when she showed up on the day of our wedding. All of the flowers, and especially the bouquets, were more beautiful than I had imagined they could be.
Karen was a recommendation from a colleague, and I met with about 7 florists before meeting with Karen as I was afraid she would be out of my budget range. But Karen’s designs and suggestions were standouts compared to the competition, and she worked with me, and delivered exactly what I had hoped for spot on budget. We met a few times to discuss style and flower options, and she made adjustments as my bridesmaid dress colors changed.
Karen delivered everything to the San Francisco on the day of the event, and was available on my time line for the day (completely low stress!). All in all, she was fabulous to work with, and I left every meeting with her confident that she would deliver what I was envisioning for the day.

I did not get married, and i didn’t even pay for the flowers.
But i was in charge of getting «everything» ready for my close friends wedding.
All i can say is that not only were the flowers beautiful (everyone liked them), but Karen and her helper stayed late (long time) and helped with things they had nothing to do with, because others dropped the ball.
they were really just interested in making it a wonderful experience. They went fare beyond the call of duty.
And believe me, i rarely have a 5 star comment to give anyone. i’m known for being hard to please. But she was amazing.

Karen Baba of Plan Décor was probably the fifth floral vendor that my husband and I met with. My favorite flowers are peonies and lisianthus so when I saw her portfolio on peonies, I knew that she was the one. One of the things I loved most on my wedding day was my bouquet. It’s exactly if not more than what I expected.
Both the large floral arrangements for the ceremony/​reception and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful. Karen did an excellent job and for those that are fans of peonies, Karen is it!
