Lice Removal

My 3 beauties had Lice last year and I wanted to cry! Fortunately, thanks to Adam, I didn’t have to shed a tear! Great guy and great experience. He made us a priority and rushed over immediately even though he’s constantly booked! I hope to never go through that again but if I do, Adam’s the guy for the job!

This was my first experience dealing with lice with a six year-​old who, based on all our morning cuddles, shared the little critters with me. I have to say I was more than a little overwhelmed, discouraged, frustrated and disgusted. Toss in exhausted, too, because hours of daily nit picking was crazy making and laundering everything in the house we’d touched each day, double-​exhausting. We went through two purchases of RID and two rounds of using that over-​the counter-«treatment» that barely seemed to be making a dent in the problem. By the fifth day of still scratching, nit-​picking, and laundering all night, plus two days of being sent home from school. I caved and said «whatever it takes, however much it costs.»
I am so glad I picked this company and had the pleasure of working with Adam. Big points for promptly returning my request for an appointment and double points for seeing me the same day I called. He was available a few hours after I reached out. He arrived in all white scrubs («all the better to see the nits with» I learned) and his basic materials — a conditioner/​comb-​out solution, his metal comb, and materials for keeping things clean and removing nits from the comb.
I was also very pleased with Adam’s personality/​demeanor, especially with my six-​year old. He relates very well with kids and puts them at ease. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully, made sound recommendations, cleared up misconceptions and assured me about which steps I had already taken were the right ones.
He did a thoughtful job with my comb-​out, letting me know I had just a few finished nit casings left (phew), unlike my daughter who still had a lot of activity (I will NEVER, ever buy the over the counter stuff again.)
We were both done in 1.5 hours and I even had fun chatting with Adam about all manner of topics as he worked. He knows his stuff and will put you and your family at ease. I will be seeing him for the second f/​up appt. in a week, but I am going to bed tonight for the first time in days feeling like this lice problem may actually be over. Thanks Adam!

This company rocks! I called in a panic once I found out my daughter had lice. They were able to come within an hour! Adam to the rescue! Adam came to our house and talked us down from the ledge like a pro. We found using this service the best peace of mind imaginable. It was an EXCELLENT experience and a great value for the money — I think I would say it was relatively inexpensive!
Adam admitted that a big part of his job is counseling the families he meets on everything from «It will be OK.» to lice prevention techniques.

Excellent customer service and expert lice removal. I called the service in a panic and they were able to schedule our family for an in-​home treatment on the same day. Adam came prepared with all the necessary items and was dressed in medical scrubs! The service was thorough and expedient and his demeanor was a soothing presence in a highly stressful situation.
