Friendly, easy to make an appointment, plenty of parking and clean. But sloppy work. Still a little of my old shellac color visible. Some rough edges too.

Prejudice against white people. I agree with Wendy! Totally ignored me! Rude rude rude! May that come back to them 10 times over.

Rude ass Viet. People. Walk in, got no greeting except they all stare. Ask for French acrylic and they said they won’t have any opening until four, and started to talk in Viet and laugh. That’s just rude and annoying.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is, they took me in right away. I now wish they had not. Fist off I wanted square not oval shape and the Polish is so messy for it being gel I can’t even clean it up myself. I didn’t expect such a poor job as this place is always busy.

Great service today. Was a walk in today at 10:15, and they took me immediately. I got a mani and pedi, and two women worked on me at the same time. I brought my own polish and they were super accommodating. When I messed up my nails trying to put my sandals on, she was super quick to fix it :). Also, great pricing $ 40 for a mani/pedi. superior service

Came here for a gel manicure. Really nice staff, and I like the way my nails turned out. I will definitely return next time I need to get my nails done!

I was taken the same day I called on a Saturday! I was referred by a co-worker to get my acrylic nails done by Kieu(«Q»). She was very nice and her technique was gentle. She didn’t burn my cuticles with the nail file(drill) and it did not hurt when she filed my bare nail. Kieu is definitely talented and left me with a set of nails that I love. The nail salon is clean. The customers there seemed happy with their services. It was a bit quite but I don’t agree that they lack in customer service. The prices for a new set are reasonable. $ 28 for a new set.

Very poor quality !!! I did manicure and pedicure for $ 40 plus I gave $ 10 tips. The worst part of that is my nails were chipping after I took shower SAMEDAY!!! So for WHAT I paid $ 50? Very, very poor quality !!!

I like it here because there are always at least 3 techs on staff so the wait is usually very short. Also the quality of the acrylics — they don’t lift and look great every time. Great polish selection but they could have more shellac selection.

I’m a regular here, and I’m very pleased with the job they do. I always ask for the same lady to do my nails, she’s great! Convenient location, plenty of parking, reasonable prices. I noticed that when they are kinda slow, they get too comfy as if they were home(feet on top of the table by the entrance), but it doesn’t bother me.

Dropped in to get my eyebrows waxed, only waited a few minutes. I have terrible eyebrows, and usually end up with crooked ones but this lady did an amazing job! Never left a salon this satisfied with my eyebrows before. :D They do lack customer service. Bf and I began to whisper because it was so awkwardly quiet. Some music would be nice.

I LOVEELITENAILS. I go there all the time so they know me and whenever I walk in it’s always«Hi Nicole how are you?». I always leave feeling and looking great. Q and the girls are SOOOOO incredibly nice! They know what customer service is. I will never go anywhere else again.

This place is an epic fail and lacks in the customer service department. The place gets busy, I get it, but one of the nail techs practically shooed me off of my chair while she sprayed down my chair; my feet were barely getting out of the sink. There is a polite way to tell me that the chair is needed. Also I question how sanitary their tools are. Usually they rip open a bag right in front of me but this wasn’t the case at this spot. $ 25 is a crime to charge for a lukewarm almost cool pedicure, crap massage and cold towels(aren’t they supposed to be warmed up) which was given by one of the nail techs with latex gloves that were twice the size of her hand. I will never go to this place again.

The ladies at Elite Nails are always super sweet and attentive, and speak perfect English unlike typical nail salons. What would make this salon even better is if they had a much better selection of polish colors to choose from and their salon was cleaner. You’ll find sticky wax or polish dripping on the products, or nail trails here and there that have not been sweeped or vacuumed.

This place is okay. If you need a mani/pedi in a jiff, they’re an easy place to get in, with plenty of parking. If you’re looking for stunning work and great spa treatment, you should really think about going to Changes Spa downtown. False eyelashes– yes. Got them here, they lasted about a week and looked awesome.

I walked in and since they were busy I agreed to wait 15 minutes. She then told me 30, but I ended up waiting 45. I was in no rush so I was ok with it. The lady kindly thanked me for waiting. During the shellac manicure she got up two different times to attend to another client. Again, I was in no rush, but that can be irritating to another. I paid $ 35 plus tip for a shellac manicure and I did not get any kind of hand massage. They also have you go wash your hands after applying the oil to your cuticles and nails. Other salons massage your hands and fingers for about one minute then wipe the lotion or oil off with a warm towel. I received a decent manicure, but I expected more for the $ 40 I spent. After I left the salon, I noticed the polish on my right thumb was not smooth. It is the little things that make customers want to come back. Even in a nail shop.

This is the 3rd nail salon I have been to since I moved to California from NY. I came here because it was close to where I worked and they were able to help me right a way. I asked if some one could fix my broken acrylic nail and a lady came to help me. I was seated and the woman was on the phone the whole time, she filed my nails even in length but not in shape. I spontaneously just asked for a refill so she began refilling. Worst job ever, she refilled with acrylic and filed down the top of the acrylic to my nail which defied the purpose of getting a refill. I asked if I could get a gel color on top of the acrylic and she said no(I was like okayyy… that sucks!). A day later my nails looked like shit, the edges of the top of my nail had air pockets. All I can do now is just wait a while for them to grow out and hope the next place I try can fix the crap. I will not be returning.

This review is only for eyebrows I walk in, 7 minutes later, I walk out looking like a brand new woman. I love this girl. I don’t know her name but she’s the only one that does the brows. Sure, there is no private room with soothing spa music or lavender scented candles, but who needs all that stuff. I just wanna look good, painlessly. Sure there’s no bed for you to lie down but just a chair for you to sit on, but who needs all that? No fuss, no small talk, no scolding from them saying, «Ah, so many in-growns, stop plucking.». that was the one thing I couldn’t stand from other places. Not everyone has $ 20 to spare weekly to get their brows groomed, okay? I always come here just before an event or a trip and usually in a hurry. She gets things did. Haven’t tried getting nails did here but there’s always others in those mani/pedi chairs will mos def consider it next time I need them done.
