I go hear often. My order is always accurate, even as a special order. Drive thur is fast despite peak times. Employees are energetic and happy. Great place for a quick bite!

The drive thru for this restaurant is terrible. I had to wait for the other line of 4 cars that ordered after me to get their food first and then I finally got mine and it was cold.

Normally love this chain, but this store didn’t live up to expectations. Store was dirty, food was cold and greasy. Wish I could include a picture of the bathroom — nobody would eat there after seeing that(I went in after eating or I probably wouldn’t have ordered). Needs a good cleaning and staff that care about the product. Avoid this location.

I had their avocado burger, which is a new menu item and what they are pushing at the moment. It was super greasy, and just average. Certainly a full meal, but it sat in my stomach like a rock. Their fries are similar to McDonalds, but less salty. Not an experience I’m going to rush back to do again — just very average.

My coworker and I went during lunch time and the service was GREAT! We had our food to us in a timely manner and the employees who walked around were exceptional… checking to see if everyone was doing okay and asked if we needed refills.

Big Beautiful Burgers! Loads of toppings & prepared to Perfection! I look forward to each time that I go to this location. DONOT go to the one in Seguin! They are the WORST Location in all of TEXAS! So if you’re road tripping on Hwy 123 or IH-35; do yourself a favor and hit up this location!!!

Winner of my «Worst Performance by a Fast Food Restaurant» award. Stopped for breakfast on the way to work, at 5:24am on a Sunday morning. You know it’s sucking when you feel the need to kill your engine in a fast-food drive-thru. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, large fries(I hate fast food hash browns), and a large Coke. Granted, I expected a slight wait for the fries, but TWENTY-FIVE minutes? Really? I was the ONLY car in the drive-thru(until the line formed behind me), and what looked like two customers inside. But I digress. 25 minutes for my order to arrive, the fries are OLD and chewy. The sandwich is lukewarm, and the Coke flatter than the Kansas prairie. Their excuse? «We’re running a little behind». Oh yeah, did I mention it took 25 minutes? It ate my time buffer for driving to work in this thunderstorm. I thought the Whataburger who said paramedics don’t deserve discounts because they are lazy and get paid to much(I didn’t request or expect one — he offered it up freely) was bad. This one is worse. As a famous raven once said, «Nevermore…»

The what-a-burger in san marcos is not the place for a fast food meal. The food is ok but not worth the price. I don’t like the one in san marcos though. They always have 10 people in the kitchen but no matter how many people are in line ordering or not they WILL take at least 10 minutes to get your order out. My friends and I always joke about sitting down at a waitered restaurant and be in and out faster

This is only my 2nd time eating a Whataburger. As I am from Kansas and we don’t have any. I am one to love more condiments than burger. The little burger I do get, I want it seasoned. This place provides it semi-fast. This establishment was clean and friendly and busy.

I’m reviewing based on the category: fast food. Nothing else in the area comes close. I’ll take a «Whataburger grilled chicken sandwich with grilled jalapenos hold the bun oil» any day! Try placing that order at any other drive thru. It won’t happen.

A great place to totally kill a lunch hour waiting for and eating an overpriced burger. The fries are indeed good, but you can get better across the highway at Mickey D’s. The shakes used to be this Whataburger’s hallmark, but they’re only so-so now, Jack-in-the-Box has better. There’s just not the value in it, and the additional time you lose out of your lunch hour waiting for them to cook just doesn’t offset the trivial improvement in taste. There are better burgers in town closer to campus that are still grilled to order, and they don’t take any longer. I guess someone forgot to tell Whataburger there’s a reason they’re categorized as «fast» food.
