The Village on Telluride

I love living here :) I live close enough to be front that it’s super convenient to get to the bus stop and I love the new management and what they have been doing to keep old residence and bring in new ones.

Before even moving in I have been helped a lot and the front desk people have been very helpful answering any questions, phone calls, and emails!

I absolutely love this place. My house is so spacious and lovely, I always wanna invite people over. The kitchen is huge with TONS of counter space for all kinds of cooking. The bedrooms and closets are huge and beautiful. I feel extremely safe here and have immediate access to the highway without having to drive through town/​campus. Maintenance always responds quickly. Perfect place to live.

I have lived here for a year now and I love the space, layout and the atmosphere; however, the service that my roommates and I have received from the front office workers is not very good. Those who work in the office have been very rude, stuck up and always seem to be annoyed to assist us.
I do think the complex needs to make more of an effort with pest control, especially over the summer. Ants, roaches and snakes (yes snakes) have all been in my house and they hardly made it a priority.
The complex does have wonderful maintenance workers. Whenever I have a problem they are very quick to fix the problem and always explain to me what happened or what was wrong.
Overall I think it’s a good place to live. You are definitely getting the quality for what you pay. I resigned with one of my roommates and we are very happy to be living here again. The rooms are spacious, the closets are VERY spacious, and we all get our own bathrooms! Yay!

I’ve lived here for a year now and i love it. It’s the first stop on the bus route, you get nice sized rooms with your own bathroom and the closet is huge! The downstairs area is so big too! This place is a home! I feel so comfortable and I’m excited about spending my last year in San Marcos here. Whenever you have a problem maintenance is here within hours sometimes to fix it!
The only downfall is that sometimes the people who work the front office don’t know what they’re talking about and there can be ALOT of miscommunication issues. They make living here frustrating sometimes!
