The Vera Bradley Outlet

I came in looking for a lanyard for my keys. I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. Two of the employees were wrapped up in socializing when I passed them. Other employees circled around the front desk doing nothing. I didn’t bother asking for help because I was frustrated with their lack of service. I decided not to purchase anything even though I had a few items I wanted. The store was clean and well organized, I just wish the service was a lot better. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Vera Bradley store. 5 stars for the store purely. 0 stars for service.

Absolutely love this store! The workers are very sweet and keep the store organized! Everything looks so perfect when you walk in!!! :) one of my favorite stores at the outlet !

Several weeks ago I discovered Vera Bradley, although I had passed the store many times in Hawaii I had no desire to go in, did not care for all the floral prints. Honestly I am a designer lv, gucci etc, etc,
type of handbag person. Well one day several weeks ago I watched a qvc segment on these items and I was impressed. I then went into the store in Hawaii make a long story short was hooked and in love with Vera Bradley. I started looking online buying ordering also turned on several friends (who also did not care for the looks of the items) but I am a good promoter when I really like something. Total spent between the seven of us, around two thousand (the price of a lv bag). Look up my Unilocal review on the Hawaii store. Anyway Vera Bradley has fantastic sales and return policies. There online is seventy five dollars and free shippin yes yes yes even to Hawaii. Well one day I was looking fir a certain item and they told me I could check the outlets. I looked for the closest to Hawaii and that was Texas.
I called this outlet and was helped and service by really nice associates Allison and Stevie, they were wonderful in getting my orders together sweet girls and on top of that shipping was only eight dollars,
they had sixty percent off before the other stores and online. I was able to get what I needed, made the order friday sent monday received friday exactly one week later, from texas to hawaii.
Also small world several days ago one of the friends I turned vera Bradley on to was in the hawaii store (she spent close to a thousand) called and said she was talking to a visitor in the store, and that girl was an associate from this san marcos outlet, the girl Taylor was visiting hawaii with her parents, and even on vacation she was helping my friend chose and pick items. My friend said she was a good sales associate imagine that, and she was on vacation.
Thank you san marcos sales associates especially Allison, Stevie, and Taylor will tell everyone that they can order from the outlet and shipping is so reasonable. Also you have things the retail outlets and online did not have anymore, and your prices are reduced since they are the retired items.
