Polo Ralph Lauren

This store is huge and they have a large selection of different clothing. They have sale racks in the back that you can usually find some great deals on. The employees aren’t particularly nice but the store is in great shape. You can find just about anything in a couple of glances. The layout is great and well-​organized.

Rudy was our sales associate and he was very helpful! We have a friend from out of town and needed help finding shorts. Rudy went out of his way to help him and find the correct size needed. We left happy and we’re coming back next week hopefully Rudy will be here to help

Why haven’t I come here sooner? I have my outlet must visit stores: gap, Old Navy, etc. now this place is on the list! Lots of help from workers. Store was very kept and clean and prices were more reasonable than I expected. Will definitely return especially since I didn’t have a chance to visit the children’s section on the left. How did I miss that!

They have a great selection of discounted items from shirts to pants and shoes for adults and kids. One of my go to spots for Ralph Lauren. Never disappointed with the customer service greeted with a smile while being very helpful

My husband purchases a considerable amount of his wardrobe here and the last time we had been there was Christmas season. One of the shirts purchased did not fit him, he never wore it but we were not able to get back there until April this year. I accidentally threw out the receipt but the sales associate got her manager, they looked up his purchase on the computer and issued a full refund without any questions. It was great customer service. For Ralph Lauren, the prices are pretty good especially if you go when they are having a sale and you sign up for their mailed coupons.

Can find good buys in the 75% off rack. Sign up for their email and get coupons too. It’ a mess so you will have to dig. Not product made for an outlet store but the same product you find at Dillards, Macys, etc. Avoid the outlet in Round Rock this one is much better. Would give it 5 stars but it’s a wreck they need to hire more employees to fold and hang clothes.

I can only speak to my one and only visit here with a male friend, but I gotta say this place was not Anything like I was expecting!
It was not the pretentious frat boy enclave I had envisioned it would be at all.
We were greeted when walking in and asked if we needed help finding anything and when we did Mario was easy to find for assistance and went the extra mile to get my friend a sweater in his size from the back and even brought out two so he could have his pick.
Then when my friend went to check out, there was only one cashier, but the minute there were two people in line, two other guys from the floor jumped on the registers and the wait time went to 0. Just superb customer service from start to finish!
So, well done Polo Outlet Store, I am happy you were able to break my mental stereotype!

Stopped here on my way to San Antonio to grab a change of clothes. I was wearing a work shirt but going to a big party, so I figured, what the hey? We’re already through the looking glass. Let’s blow some money.
Trotted in with nothing in mind, just hoping something would scream «buy me,» and I wasn’t disappointed. The sales guy that had greeted us on the way in the door came over as I was checking out a sweater I had deemed worthy of donning. They didn’t have my size on the shelf, so he offered to check in the back. A little while later, he presented me with my choice of two in my size. I proceeded to grab a shirt and some socks («One can never have too many socks.»), and I went to check out.
There was only one cashier when I got up there, but once a couple of us were in line, my sales person and one other hopped right up to check us out. Was in, out, changed, and on the road in no time.
Clean store, located by other stores I like, good selection, lots of sizes, and plenty of sales folks.

Very attentive customer service while shopping. The store seemed almost over-​staffed. If something doesn’t fit or you need a different style they will retrieve another one for you without you having to leave the dressing area.
I would return.

Sales rep could’ve been a bit more knowledgeable as to what was in the store. I asked about short sleeve shirts and was told it was too early yet (it’s early May in TX — really?). I decided to look around anywhere and found some on my own.

Still pricey for outlet mall. but we usually only by one or two items so it isnt too bad.
A little messy but its okay.
