I have had the best of experiences at these offices. I have used several doctors in the partnership and they are all wonderful. Although I must say, I agree that in SOME offices the front desk staff might be lacking quite a bit. It is definitely not across the board and not all the time, which for me has not been a real big issue (I have most definitely had worse), otherwise they would have a five star rating from me. Dr. Blair is the best doctor I have ever encounter. LeDoux, and Baily, excellent service both office and the practitioners. I have also seen Price and Shapiro, everyone has been very professional, thorough with their examinations, and accurate with their diagnosis.

Absolutely horrible service. Made an appointment, arrived promptly on time, left waiting in the waiting room for more than an hour. Avoid these scam artists like the plague.

Horrible billing/​admin staff — they need to get their stuff together. When you say, «I’ll call you back», maybe you should actually call patients back. Great physicians, but horrible front desk workers without customer service skills or competency.
