I always come here to help my mom find outfits and I am beyond impressed with their customer service. They really go out of their way to help the customers out and make them feel beautiful. It really warms my heart. I really love this particular Lane Bryant location because of the employees and management. Highly recommend shopping here, you will leave feeling happy and confident with your purchase and yourself.

I enjoy going to Lane Bryant for some retail therapy every once in a while. Trying on something new that gives me an ego boost I need after a bad day. Unfortunately this location is horrible. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I have gone in at least 4 different times to this location and was treated like slime every single time. Walking in the sales associates have plastered fake smiles on. Asking if I am looking for anything specific. Personally, I am a college student on a budget so I head straight to the clearance. When they see me do that they just stop paying attention to me all together, which sometimes I don’t mind because I like to do my own thing. But recently there have been snobby looks. Especially from Shannon, she is also one who repeatedly likes to up sell me as much as possible to the point of it being uncomfortable. Another huge problem with this store is a lack of flexibility. I went into the parkway plaza store to A. get away from San Marcos and B. I had real woman dollars to spend. There was this beautiful dress that was 30% at Parkway, but of course they did not have it in my size.(of course right? but its not their fault) And guess who had one in stock? Yep, so here I am, driving an hour in after work traffic to go get this dress bc it was the last day to spend the RWD. Of course I love the dress and I found another one. Thinking with the 30% off It will be a good deal and I get to spend the real women dollars. Come to find out at the register that the dresses were not 30% off. So I had asked because I came all this way for the one dress if they could please do it on just the one that I came for explaining they were at the other store. After ‘asking her manager(a older blonde hair lady)’(because she left and came back within 4 minutes) she had ‘sweetly’ said there was nothing she could do… So I ended up spending twice as much and left feeling like crap. Maybe they think they can get away with more because they are a bigger store? I don’t know. But I will NEVER go back to that store AGAIN!

I love this store! I shop this store almost every weekend. The staff are super friendly. They are also encouraging, something fluffy girls need when trying on clothing. My favorite section of the store is the clearance section. Shopping here has gotten even better. Now that they have a dedicated clearance section(all of the time). I redeemed my real woman dollars today… this was like shopping a double sale(I got to use them on clearance items.)

Always the same problem. No customer service. no one ever greets us. Today my wife needs help. Hmm? Understaffed? I see you talking to other people. But O am standing right next to the register. Oh wait a minuite someone asked if i needed help. I said yes. She said wait and yelled across the store. Molinda can you help!.what.are you to busy Mrs Manager to do something? By the way the customers that came behind us have still not being greeted or helped. This place has great product it sells it self, so bring some customer service into play. Molinda was super nice. Great help once we got her. Wait. My wife ask me to get Molinda while she was I the fitting room. No Molinda around. Someone else had to assist the guy walking around the store with a girls bra. But I made eye contact with the possible manager, of course she looked away and darted to the her bussy self. I started this review in the store with a 3 start and while writing this review I decided to drop it to a 2 start. Due to me having to assist my own wife, your customer. Back to the three strars for the finishing unknown sales rep. I spent $ 289 this trip for braws and underwear only.

Where do I start? The saga of lane Bryant and the $ 28 dollars! Going back and forth from the stupid clerk behind entering whatever stupid information that’s in her head rather than what I am telling her! Literally a moron. I told her my phone number 3 times and 3 times she got it wrong. I wanted to buy an item in the store and this clerk instead ordered it for me online when I told her I wnt the one in the store. Clearly she has no understanding of the English language. Moron! The manager Shannon allegedly voided the transaction over the phone with their company. She said not to worry about the charge«it is voided». A few days later I checked my account and they still charged me for the supposed voided transaction. I went back to resolve this issue in store and she said it was the weekend and that she couldn’t call anyone. The next day she calls me and says that the corporate never received the money. Then I called my bank and they said Lane Bryant received the money that’s why it posted! Lane Bryant said I need to get proof that my bank paid them all so I can get my money back! What a bunch of BS! That’s that kind of customer service lane Bryant has, HORRIBLE! I know I will no longer be shopping there anymore.

I went in reluctantly admitting that my breasts are getting bigger and that my 38ddd was no longer able to handle the job. After being measured I was told that I needed a 38G…“what no way”…well she was correct and was so sweet during my denial and mini meltdown. Love this store. I went to the store in Oceanside and will not be back there… I am sorry San Marcos Lane Bryant I will not cheat on you again.

The people working here are awsome. They are all so nice and happy to help you :) I came here looking for under garments for my wedding gown. One of the girls there took measurements of me to make sure I got something that fit perfectly and helped me find it.
