I had never been in this store before and wasn’t sure exactly what they sell. It was not my style for shirts and pants, but I ended up buying a lot, including a bathing suit, a waterproof pouch, a safety flashlight/lantern, and a few other little items. The staff was very helpful and not pushy.

Yes, I will continue to come to Eddie Bauer for the clothes I will say I avoid as much contact with the sales people… While I can find neat clothes there I have found more than once that the service was lacking. This last time I went, I have to admit I’m in complete shock! Yes! The service while nice the cashier was unable to dare I say count and make change! I bought a sweater there and it was on sale. My total was $ 14.06 I handed a twenty she rang it up and the change was $ 5.94. Before she grabbed the change amount my husband said I have $ 0.06 and she said«Oh I already hit did it, sorry». I’m thinking… What!?! You can’t just take the 6 cents and give me $ 6.00? and then she only pulled out 4 dollars and 94 cents and had to ask the manager to reopen the register as she said«oh I got out the wrong change»… Wow! Walked away in dismay!!! End result you may want to think twice using cash now… seems like people these days can’t count money unless they are told by the machine… So sad!

I absolutely love Eddie Bauer! And this is my most favorite Eddie Bauer store I have been in. What makes it better than all the others is that it is an outlet store so prices are already lower than it’s stores in malls and strip places. I go to the outlet stores in San Marcos(Exit 200) about 4 times a year. Eddie Bauer is my first store I go in every time. About two weeks ago I got many items that were on clearance and just about had a cow with how low the prices were. I definitely recommend this store. So far all the staff are helpful and I never have to worry about arm cramps for all the clothes I hold onto… they take them off my hands to the register before I go up there so I can fill my arms and hands up again.
