I work at home depot and ordered a pizza for delivery online I called about 30 minutes after to check status said it just cam3 out would be on its way waited another 20 minutes called back its backed up but on its a way a few ahead of me I waited called back they said I cancelled delivery and said I wanted pickup no I didnt ok its her well give it to you free be there in 10 now at this point ive been waitin a little over 2 hours so I wait never came call back guy says well we can make you one have to wait or candell order im pissed at this point and mad cause he was rude so I emailed corporate called told them they suck il never eat there pizza again shitty service

My favorite pizza in the world, they have amazing deals and coupons always! Pizza tastes great, huge selection, good at answering phone, amazing app to order from, always deliver before estimated time. Pizza is still fresh out of the oven!
My family orders pizza from them every weekend! And none of us have ever gotten fat!

I was craving pizza yesterday and decided to order from dominos. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese, pepperoni & banana peppers. It was very yummy and filled my craving! I like being able to track the pizza on their app. The delivery guy was really nice and upbeat. :)

I remember when dominoes pizza used to be horrible because they had to make their pizzas so fast to make the delivery cutoff time. I havent had domikoes in years until now. But i am really surprised how their quality has improved. Flavor, texture, all at an affordable price still and great service. Keep it up!

First time was ok timing but pizza was cold, Decide to give another chance and this time took over 50 mins when it said 18 – 28 mins and then when their tracking system says they left for delivery and then 30 mins later show up. Will not be going back anymore.

Ordered a standard Large 14″ pepperoni pizza online, for carry out. This pizza sucked so bad. If there was sauce on the pizza I didn’t taste it, nor did I see it. The crust tasted so cheap, didn’t even taste like dough. It’s lame when pizza joints make a bad product to push «build your own» or dipping sauce to spike the price. Only saving grace was that I did carry out, if this pizza would have ran me $ 3 – 5 more for delivery I’d be very unhappy.
EDIT: I’ve updated my review to three stars, because recently I decided to order their $ 7.99 (carryout), THIN CRUST pizza… and it’s just EPIC. Absolutely love it, and I’m happy to have found something Dominos offers that I enjoy. Please keep this deal, and please keep making the thin crust pizza.

Let’s get one thing clear, employees should be a little more savvy about the commercials and specials they have announced daily. I called to verify if they had the two medium two toppings special and they were dumb shocked, but they must have asked because they remembered. Other than that they had great over the phone service and asked for any extras and up saled just right. The one thing I didn’t like was the sauces were extra. I just can’t believe they charge for almost everything now a days, but the employees can’t do much about the pricing so I gave them a pass. Food was great and nonetheless quality was great for the price we payed for dinner. If you’re looking for a budget dinner for under $ 25 you can easily feed two people if not three.

I placed an order online and when the food was delivered I got an order that was not mine. I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves & I placed another order several weeks later by phone & they still messed up my order & didn’t give me what I had requested! I won’t be using this location anymore & most likely I won’t be getting Domino’s pizza at all.

Have ordered a few times over the phone for pick up and each time has been a pleasant experience. Tonight I placed an order online and when I arrived for pick up I decided to place an order and try the Parmesan bread bites. Even though it was a short wait for them to be done, it was nice to see each staff member working together and also witness how 2 staff members handled a phone call for an order just about to be set for delivery and the customer wanted changes done. Pretty impressed with the staff tonight 7⁄31 and will happily return in the future.

Worse customer service ever! Claimed my credit card was declined, even though I called Pizza Hut right after and it went through. As I went to give him (the manager) another credit card, he told me that he needed to get off the phone and was to busy to deal with me. I wasn’t rude, until he said that. I told him he had the worst customer service, and he yelled at me! I love their pizza, I’m so upset with the way I was treated. To scared to call back in fear they will spit in my food! If charges show up on my credit card, I will know where they came from!

I wanted something cheap and quick, and that’s what I got. I ordered the 6.99 deal and got the habanero chicken sandwich. It was good, but the bread was burnt and there was two pieces of chicken on each sandwich half. The taste was there, the quality so so, as I was expecting. The spinach cheese sticks were good concept, but once again the cheese got burnt so… quality so so. I would say from now on I would stick with the medium pizzas for the deal. I would rather get my sandwiches elsewhere. Delivery service was quick, and they don’t forget items like the local pizza hut. ;)

They rob your money. Never go here. We called one hr before the closed and we payed with card over the phone and the pizza never arrived and they never called us back either. And when we tried to call back they were close. They robbed us.

Is it just me or have their pizzas gotten smaller in the past year? Their service is quick and the pizza is what you would expect in terms of taste, really disappointed that a «large» pizza is only big enough to feed 2 adults.

Sean was excellent on the Phone, the man was super polite & helped me pick out the best special no doubt: p If anyone is reading this, customers or managers, any previous Unilocal reviews are old news. 1st time ordering from Sean & I can say he’s got his customer service skills on point, also ordered from this same dominoes a few months back & pizza quality was off the hook for sure! Give this place some props for keeping their company respectable :]

Sorry guys, I had to take away a star. When I asked for some crushed red pepper for my pizza, I was told they now SELL them! Look, when someone is paying $ 20 for a pizza, asking them to pay another buck for about 2 cents worth of pepper is just bad business. Not to mention, they’d have to ring me up again for a separate transaction! Whoever thought of this idea sure wasn’t thinking of the customer. I wonder if my favorite coffee shop will start charging for sugar packets next.

Other than one time they had someone on an hour-​long delivery and couldn’t deliver to me I have had plenty of really good experiences and great tasting pizza and the people I have spoken to over the phone have been very personable and helpful.

The Worst customer service I have ever had. Everytime time I call for delivery around 9 or 10. They give me attitude for making them do their job. Decided to just hang up and not deal with it tonight. Apparently, you have to pay in card late at night. Don’t blame them, must be a safety issue.

This is the 3rd time this month i ordered pizza from here and the third time the delivery driver told me a price higher than what was printed on the reciept. The driver that delivered to me tonight kind of looks like shaggy from scooby doo. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE FROM THESE SHADY DELIVERY DRIVERS!

I had a free coupon for their new artisan pizza. Free is always good in my book.
I ordered the spinach and feta pizza. I ordered online and it was a breeze. I ordered it for 5pm.
I arrived at 5:01 and they just put it in the box. Nice. Even though I ate it about two hours later and had to reheat it, I could tell the ingredients were fresh.
The guy who helped me was friendly. No complaints about the service.
I doubt I’ll return since I’ve never thought Domino’s is real pizza (like any of those other chain pizza joints). It was good, but I only went because I had a free coupon.
PS– Unilocal mapped it wrong. It’s on Bent and San Marcos Blvd, not Twin Oaks and Craven.
