I had very good experience here. The doctor is very patient and spends a good amount of time with you. He is not in a rush to get you out of the door.

I had to wait 10 days for my appointment with Dr. Charp. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork, so I cut my workout short and arrived at 11:10 for my 11:30 appointment. At 11:50 I was still in the waiting room with no word from anyone about the wait. I told the receptionist that I had to go and she just stared at me as if I were crazy! No apology or anything. Yeah, I won’t be returning anytime soon.
