WORST Shopping Experience of My Life. Shoddy low quality clothes. Trash at a high price.

It appears as though this store must have gotten some revamping since the last reviews. It is disorganized, I’ll admit, but the merchandise is to die for. It’s a little bit pricey, but it’s a boutique. You expect to pay boutique prices. I’ll for sure be back. Suuuper friendly staff.

If you feel like dropping $ 70 bucks for a T-shirt bedazzled in plastic gems, this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly but not very helpful. The prices are laughable! The store is cluttered and disorganized. The clothes are fashionable if you’re trying to relive the 90’s or if you’re into the country bumpkin look. I once pointed out to the sales clerk that things were really over priced. She responded with«Well everything in here is designer.» Designer my a$$. Ed Hardy hasn’t been relevant for years.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website, a pair that is hard to find since it came out years ago. It says on their website that they provide tracking numbers with every order. I sent them two emails – one regarding if they had any others in stock in another color and the second one regarding the tracking info… AND I even contacted them via their facebook page since those emails were met with NOREPLY. The status of my order continually said«AWAITINGFULFILLMENT» and was never marked as shipped. After waiting nine days for a change in order status, I called them up, and the girl on the phone said she had them in front of her and they would be shipped today. WHy WEREN’T THESHIPPEDLASTWEEKANDIF I HADN’T CALLEDWOULDYOUHAVEEVENSHIPPEDTHEM? I asked her for a tracking # and she still couldn’t give me one! What the heck! Thank goodness I paid through paypal and had to file a dispute and get my money refunded. IT’s funny because IMMEDIATELYWHEN I OPENEDTHEDISPUTETHEYCHANGEDMYORDERSTATUSTOREFUNDED! WHAT A SCAM! This store is clearly run by a bunch of young, stupid girls who no nothing about how to run a business or customer service. It’s a real shame! BUYERS, ESPECIALLYONLINEBUYERS, BEWARE!

Super cute stuff, but very overpriced and extremely cluttered. They could use some spring cleaning– some stuff looks like it would be a resale shop??? The return policy does suck… most places have learned by now that customers will shy away from a bad return policy. The owner was not a pleasant woman either… First off, she was very pushy, and secondly she was very rude to a cute young girl that wanted to apply there. When she asked her if she’d ever bought anything from there the girl said no she hadnt had the chance to go shopping since she didnt have a job, the owner blew her off and completely dismissed her. I then overheard her complaining to one of the sales associates that a woman only bought a scarf and that she was a «cheapskate»… Like I said, adorable clothes but untidy and unprofessional management!!!

The clothes here are very cute, but very pricey. I bought a pair of jeans here for 135 and found the same pair somewhere else for 110… I couldn’t return them because of their policy. also one of my friends went in here and got completely ignored(she is African American) while i was treated nicely(I’m Caucasian). Anyway, I’ll not be going back.

This is a nice store but looks a little disorganized. They do have a lot of nice outfits and pieces here but don’t give a lot in terms of prices. Even the sale prices seem a bit high for what it is. They have all kinds of jewelry, shoes and clothes. The ladies were nice but all their attention was turned to one customer so I didn’t get a whole lot in the experience.
