Bubba’s Lonestar Propane

I agree with everyone that has left a review. The customer service is next to none. I called about having my house serviced next day it’s done. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I will be recommending Bubbas to all my friends.

I havnt actually got to use their propane services yet but I have to say how awesome their customer service is. I have machines that run on propane. I travel all over the U.S. Setting them up. Finding propane service is something I always dread when i arrive to a new city. So calling up Bubbas I expected it to be as usual not so great service. I was wrong.
Even though I called late on a friday they gave me their sales persons cell phone number. Her name was Leann. She took my call after hours which was awesome. She didn’t tell me no they couldn’t help or any of the standard denials. She said that she would talk to her owner to see what they could do for me. That goes along way. Even though my jobs fell through and I didn’t end up getting propane service I cant wait to use them just from their customer service.

Prepaid by phone with credit card. Delivery was next day. Driver was great, ex-​military too. Tank has not exploded. Recommended!

What can I say, they show up when they say they are going to show up. They do what they say they are going to do. They are professional and courteous. What more can you ask for?
