Braun Group Lawn Care

I found Braun Group online. I have a large property that needed some professional attention and hired them to come out at their «reduced» day rate of $ 1200. I was told to expect the professionalism, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills. I found none of those to be true. In fact, the level of performance was no better than a $ 10 a hour day laborer. Instead of going down my list of priorities and working those professionally, I found they attempted to do everything on my list as quickly as possible which just made everything look half done and shoddy. I spoke with the owner, Jason, who never once went out to the property to express my grievances and he defended the labor and gave excuses. There was not a single critical eye in the group, they needed guidance even after they were given a list, there was zero attention to detail, and they even omitted basic stuff like putting outdoor furniture back the way they found it. One piece of furniture was literally left on it’s side. I’ve tried working with them to resolve these issues but they preferred I leave a review and pay the invoice in full rather than work with me to resolve my issues.
