Victoria’s Secret

Made the mistake of thinking I would have a good experience at this location during the holidays. Not only were the staff sorely unprepared for the volume the holiday brings (25+ miserable-​looking people waiting in line both ¹²⁄₁₉ at night and ¹²⁄₂₀ in the morning), but the customer service representative that I simply asked a question, «Is there a time that you are slower?» replied very rudely and condescendingly (smirking, almost chiding me), «No, not during the holidays, no!» Very short and curt. Happy Holidays, you rude woman. I hope that you can find a job where you don’t have to interact with any other human beings! After two tries and two miserable fails at this location, I will never, ever be back.

Kind of a small VS store but the girls working there were very polite cheerful and helpful especially a blonde named Meghan. She was a bright spot in a bad day!

Never have I been more disappointed in Victoria Secrets I was greeted by a clerk and she sent me to what to I was wanting to purchase It is Valentines day I would expect all hands on deck. The had only two registers open Three clerks standing with their arms folded The registers were three people and they would not open any other registers Very Very disappointed

I was pretty disappointed with this Victoria’s Secret store. First, I saw online that they carried their sport line VSX and was pretty excited since I’m an exercise enthusiast and love VSX. However, upon arriving at this location, I realized that they just carried the VSX sports bras. Not only that, they only seemed to carry the VSX sports bras that are for medium or maximum impact activities. Being someone that doesn’t need that much support, I was not impressed by their selection. The store was also super busy and the checkout line was pretty much out the door. I don’t think I’ll return here since the VSX section isn’t so great.
