My daughter had the ultimate experience buying her wedding dress that ever girl wants and dreams about. She was treated with kindness and given great advice throughout the appointment This experience was like nothing else anywhere else. High recommended!

Loved my shopping experience here. I ended up getting my dress from their sister store Berrybridge, but loved a lot of things that I saw at town and country. They were very helpful and great to work with while shopping for a dress. Very knowledgeable.

I saw this place when I was in town visiting. I called for an appointment and was able to go in same day. Lindsay was amazingly friendly, upbeat and helpful. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, I was a little hesitant and unsure, but Lindsay made me feel very comfortable. She knew about all the dress designers I mentioned and how I could add to my dress to make it mine. Dresses start at 2K and go up from there.

I could not recommend this place any more highly than I do. Stephanie, the owner, is everything that a bride wants in working with someone for her wedding. She’s personable, easy to get a hold of, helpful, reassuring, and has good taste. I felt like she went out of her way for me personally, but I have a feeling that I’m not the only one she does that for. {And if you don’t read the entire review, know that there were plenty of bumps along the way to getting my perfect dress, and she exceeded expectations. Every. Time.} As a little bit of background, I probably tried on two hundred wedding dresses in a two month period. LA, Vermont, DC, and STL. Most everything was a bust, except one $ 5,500 dress that was way out of my price range. I was getting really disheartened when I walked into Town and Country Bridal. We pulled 10 dresses, and then 10 more. Finally, after too many«I like it, but I don’t love it» I tried on one more Leann Belter that I loved the bodice of, but didn’t like the bottom. She asked what I would change, and I explained that instead of a silk taffeta skirt I wanted tulle. So she grabbed a different dress I liked the skirt of, folded over the top, and took a picture so I could see the entire effect.(I NEVER would have thought to do that!) It was perfect. And I knew that combination was the dress I had been looking for. So she said, «let me text the photo to the designer and see if she can do it.»(Wow! No one offered anything like that before!) I would have walked out of the store had she not made the effort to find me the exact dress I wanted, not just the dresses she had available. I went to another bridal appointment that day, but every dress I tried on I knew I wanted the one at Town and Country. Once the designer faxed back a sketch(in under an hour!) I went in, gave my measurements, and then it was time to wait.(Plus, she gave me a military discount, which was wonderful!) (In the meantime I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here, which was a half hour of laughing at the absurdity of imperfect shades of green.) I was moving back to Vermont for three months at the beginning of May and we weren’t sure if the dress was going to be in by the time I left. I would get weekly text updates from her, telling me that she was making every effort to get it there before I left. That didn’t happen, but with an August wedding, I wasn’t really concerned. She was apologetic, but it was clearly not in her control. Fast forward a month. I get the dress in the mail. It’s not perfect.(But really, what is perfect?) It was in essence what I wanted, but it just wasn’t executed very well. I was disappointed, so I called the next day with my list of concerns. Immediately, she suggested we send the dress back so they could fix the problems. I asked her if I was being unreasonable, and she said ‘no, not at all’. They weren’t really anyone’s fault, it’s sort of the nature of ordering something that’s never been done before. So I sent the dress back, she talked me through the process, and waited. I got the dress back in mid-July(about a month turn around to entirely change at least half the dress). It still needed a lot of alterations, but the designer did a good job of addressing the issues I had. For the fact that the dress wasn’t perfect, you can imagine how great Stephanie was in all of this, for me to write such a glowing review. For how much wedding dresses cost, it’s extremely important to have someone who you feel is really looking out for your best interests. I really appreciate Stephanie and the store, and couldn’t recommend them more!

Town and Country bridal has absolutely gorgeous gowns and a great selection from specific designers. All of the staff is friendly and they have beautiful displays. My appointment was with Stephanie. She was able to find me stunning dresses that I would have never even thought to pull myself because they were styles and fabrics I had not believed I would want for myself. I pretty much loved every dress she fit me in and what was great about her is that she is takes so much time to assess what she thinks would make you look your best for your special day without being pushy. It wasn’t as awkward changing in front of her as I had thought since she makes you feel very comfortable and manages to give you privacy while still being in the changing room. I ended up falling in love with a different dress I found out of town(by Romona Keveza) that they do not carry here, however, I have told all of my engaged friends to go here first before looking elsewhere.

I couldn’t have had a better experience at Town and Country Bridal. Being originally from St. Louis, and now living in NYC, it made my dress purchase a little more difficult in that I could not be there in person(thank goodness for my mom!). They were always so pleasant in dealing with my 5,000 phone calls and even had the dress that I saw online specially brought in twice for me(and are now shipping it to NYC so I can have it fitted). Definitely stop at Town & Country when bridal dress shopping… you won’t be disappointed!

While I didn’t end up getting my dress here, the experience and expertise of Stephanie, my consultant, was priceless. This was our first stop and I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive given the higher end dresses they sell(starting at $ 3,00 and going way upwards). Stephanie sat down with me and went over what I was thinking, what styles I liked, etc and then pulled dresses. The dressing room was very large and she made me feel very comfortable(if you’ve ever tried on bridal gowns you know that it is not only a work out but it can kill the self esteem). The gowns were stunning and she encouraged me to try on different styles and explore what looked good on me. in the end it came down to just what dress was«the dress» but T&C was helpful and wonderful.
