I was happy a Tory Burch store finally opened in St. Louis, but at the same time I was wary b/c #1 With it being a boutique, I did not want to be followed around and badgered and #2 I was under the impression that the sales people there were going to be snotty(b/c lets be honest most in Plaza Frontenac are). Any way, I have been there so far a handful of times and I am happy to say that the staff there are always friendly and helpful when you need it. They do not follow you around the store and ask if you need any assistance once and have no problem going to the back and retrieving various colors and let you empty out their bags and insert your own belongings so you can see if the size is good. They always ask if you want anything to drink, even if you are in there just to return something. I hope it remains this way, I feel very comfortable coming back in the future.

I was happy to see the arrival of the new Tory Burch outpost, one of my favorite brands, on my latest visit to Plaza Frontenac. I wasn’t certain of what to expect, as some stores in this shopping center can get claustrophobic. I felt that this one was laid out thoughtfully, with handbags/accessories in the front, followed by clothing in the center, and shoes in the back of the store. The store itself is bright and cheerful and the staff are helpful. In fact, one of the tunics I was trying on had a rip in the sleeve, and the salesman quickly fetched a replacement. When I stopped in there was an excellent sale going on(more $s off the higher the purchase amount ratcheted up) though it was refreshing to see the discount applied to everything in store. The fitting room setup was lovely and I did not feel rushed. There is also a sale rack where the fitting rooms are located, where I snagged a couple bargains as well. This is the only dedicated Tory Burch in the area, as there is not even an outpost in KC’s Country Club Plaza. Definitely worth a browse if you are interested in seeing more of Tory Burch’s collections than just the typical shoe/handbag offerings in the department stores.

Oh yes! Oh yes! Oh yes! Shoes, clothing, handbags, accessories, fragrance and shoes! They just opened in August and lucky me I happened upon it when having lunch there with my dear friend. If you like anything she designs then you will be one happy camper here! The store is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, you sign up for their birthday program and they send you a $ 50 gift card to use on ANYTHING in the store(read: get something for as close to that amount as possible if you are low on dough and just pay the tax) and while shopping they don’t just offer you water… they offer champagne, soda pop, hot chocolate, Corona beer, apple juice for you little and even doggies biscuits for your fashionable doggie! And even though I don’t live in Missouri anymore I can just call them and ask for what I want and they will ship it for FREE! Pinch me…
